This is by far the WORST chipotle in all of Georgia. I’ve attempted to come back multiple times hoping their short comings were due to it being a new location, but each and every time it has been worse. The “workers” in the store avoid any sort of contact with you although I was standing in line for 5 minutes and the only one there. They would rather talk about their plans for the week. When it comes to putting your bowl together they put the worst portions possible. Half scoops of rice and meat and the employee literally pinched the cheese to give me a “portion”. It would be better if this chipotle was shutdown. I am never spending my money at this location in the future.

I’ve been to this location many times now as I used to absolutely love chipotle. This location is just like every comment says. As I’ve been now nearly 10 times it seems nothing is better… I was hoping just because it was a new establishment I that’s why it took longer / food wasn’t properly prepared…. The whole reason this is happening is because the store constantly has 5-6 employees yet only one is working . The young girl I delt with was going above and beyond trying her best while 3 other employees sat around doing nothing but twiddling their thumbs. I don’t even understand why they needed so many employees as I’ve been a foreman for years. I really wish this location had new management because now they are paying people to sit around getting paid to do nothing when every single table stays filthy, the serving counter looks like it gets cleaned maybeeee 1 one time a day. I don’t see this location lasting long unfortunately. I always loved chipotle and was so excited for one near me but this has been a disappointment since they opened. I’ve tried too many times to say otherwise. Way better off going right across he street to Brovos, and I usually wouldn’t of picked them over chipotle but this location is absolutely awful normally. Especially later in the day when I normally order (6-9pm) … honestly kinda breaks my heart as I was so excited for this location to open but it’s making me never want any chipotle ever again. I need atleast a decent portion and decent food

I’m not a big complainer, but my coworker did a mobile order Friday and it was 3 burrito bowls. Mine was not great. The other 2 were fine. The meats were overseasoned. I guess they forgot the meat on mine, and then had to go back and dump it on the top. It wilted the lettuce, melted the cheese and sour cream, and was generally unpleasant to look at and eat. Next time, remake the bowl guys.

They served raw chicken. Went back, they saw straight away it was VERY raw. I asked for another bowl with chicken and told them “if that is the same raw chicken from before, I don’t want it”. They said ok then pick something else. They didn’t have anything left of any other protein except for some dry looking steak, literal crumbs were left in all the other protein containers. I asked, can’t you guys just cook it ? They said the grill was already shutting down, it was 9:45 pm… After really insisting on the chicken, a kind worker put the chicken back on the grill and remade the bowl. Except for that guy, everybody else had AirPods in, no will to work. CHECK THE CHICKEN BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

It took 30 minutes just to place our order. The staff clearly seemed inexperienced and could use more training, and extra attention should be paid to hygiene at the checkout area. I hope to see improvement, and I plan to visit again in the future to see if things have gotten better.

My first time going to this Chipotle. I ordered in person for takeout. I got 2 bowls. The person who packed my food used 2 lids (im assuming by accident) which caused the food to leak out by the time i got home (less than 10 minutes ride). There was sauce on the floor of my car, I didnt realize the bag which the food was in had leaked through and the food collapsed out of the bag pouring all over my door mat… I went back to the location with proof of what happened and they said they will only replace 1 of my meals…. I thought this was a bit ridiculous because none of this was my fault and yet they reused to comp the 2nd meal. Overall, food quality was alright. They barely add any sofrita and most of the meal was rice (the cheapest ingredient). I prefer Moes, with their free chips and salsa with every purchase AND tons of add on sauces I can choose!

I ordered an adult chicken quesadilla, the nice employee that was assisting me made my order to completion. Right before they were going to ring me up so that I can make my payment. One of her co-workers who seemed to be their manager stated that adult quesadilla orders are only to be made online. They then proceeded to throw away my already completed order and suggested I order two kids quesadillas instead! It was very much rude of this employee to throw away a perfectly good quesadilla just because it was not ordered online. Not cool chipotle, I really recommend you get ride of that rule of only online quesadilla orders. Seeing that you it is wasting perfectly good food. I thank you in advance if for listening and hopefully making a change. Thank you!

Place has not even been open for a year, so not sure why everyone is leaving terrible reviews. Not sure what experience they had but give these workers some grace, they were very sweet and welcoming to me! I’m a chipotle lover and I was so excited it opened up in my city instead of having to drive to Buford all the time! Reading these reviews had me so skeptical going in. Which I hate they made me think it was the worst… I’m here to be the first to say this Chipotle is fresh and very well served! It’s probably better than the Buford location. It’s so good and not under/over cooked like everyone else is saying. 10/10 recommend!!! Don’t let a bad review not make you want to try it! Employees you all are doing an amazing job❤️

First visit bad experience, over 30min late and small portion but excused it since it was new. Second visit bad experience and we said they’re busy so it’s ok they missed some items, packed wrongs size tortilla … Today was 5th visit. App order. Not busy. Been open for few weeks. Yet look at the packing and the portion. I know it was small even before opening it. It was a mess too. Unappetizing. The foil cover had guac on it. Two tortillas were warmed and packed together so stuck and ripped when we tried to separate.The worst part portion of all three bowls was absolutely appalling!
We live in the neighbor right behind this new sugar hill location. We’re excited to support our local chipotle. But seen as you clearly are set in cutting corners we will go back to the Cumming location we’ve been loyal to for years now. Maybe you should go and spend some time training with them. Excellent service and great portions.
