Do not come to this Location inside of Perimeter Mall
I was disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. I noticed employees handling different foods and tasks without changing their gloves while touching money and touching there outerwear. This is concerning from a food safety standpoint and made me uncomfortable eating my meal. I hope management addresses proper glove-changing procedures

This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I’ve been coming for over 5 years. First they put my food in the wrong bag, so the customer in front of me ended up with my food. So then they remade my order and rushed the quesadilla so it was undercooked, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Then she didn’t even give me the time to order anything else like the bag of chips I wanted. After waiting that much time, there was no discount, nothing. This was the WORST experience ever will not be coming back anytime soon!

Yall, please don’t bother with this location. The food was so salty and honestly just inedible, the chips were easily a day or two old. service was just judgmental and weird. I’ve been to this location probably a total of 4 times, I took a long break from it because it was consistently bad. Then this last time was just it .

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. My food came out completely cold and the portion was ridiculously small barely anything in my bowl even though I paid full price. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. I got nothing but stares, attitude, and unprofessional behavior the entire time. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Used the Chipotle app for the first time to order one of their new Whole30 salad bowls with carne asada. The app kept crashing on me and timing out.
When the order arrived, it didn’t come with any utensils or napkins.
The food was very salty and the meat was cold and tough and sinewy.
I used to love Chipotle, but this wasn’t the best meal over ever gotten from them. Might be a while before I try them again based on this experience.

I love Chipolte – but I will never go back to this location. Ever. It’s the closet location, by far, to my house so I really, really wanted to make it work. Every time we go, however, the service is consistently terrible. There is seemingly no management at all and it shows. The place is dirty, the counter is dirty, the bathroom is dirty. We went this evening and waited in line for about 5-8 minutes. The customer in the white shirt at the counter was standing there the entire time with a half-made burrito in front of him …. and what was absent the entire time, ANY employee. One eventually showed up – long hair, no hair net or hat of any kind. I checked if they had iced tea, both were empty … again. The last three times I went there they were out of tea. We gave up, I literally will never go back to this location. We literally left the line and drove over to Roswell Road location and went to that one, it’s nice, it’s clean, plenty of staff, everyone was in a hair net or hair protector, the service was fast, they had iced tea, you get the idea.
Update – because it was a group decision I went back to this location, a year after leaving this review. Sadly, no better, I would almost say worse. Floor in the customer line area was (very) wet and dirty (with a caution pylon), counter where food was being prepared was dirty. 6pm and they were out of unsweet tea, only sweet, garbage cans all full, you get the idea. This time unlike my last visit there were a lot of employees, so you would think a) they could keep the place clean and b) they could make iced team and c) the ordering and paying would be efficient. Three strikes – I’m out. Again.

Undercooked rice is a deal-breaker for me, and unfortunately, this place has a repeat issue. I had the same problem 2 months ago, and it’s disappointing to see no improvement. If you’re Asian or Mexican American , you know how crucial perfectly cooked rice is. Service was great, but until they get their rice game on point, I’m outta here
