We ordered from the app and it said our food would be ready by 5:40p. It was not. The walk in area was slow but we still had to wait about 20 minutes over. Along side us there were a few others waiting for app orders.
I’m not sure why the walk in area doesn’t coordinate with online orders so if they are slow they start or send someone to assist with online orders.
The store lighting was extremely dark in my opinion. The area where the knives and forks were was a little messy.
The cashier had excellent customer service. He did acknowledge us and showed concern regarding our order being EXTREMELY LATE as we waited.
I had a carne asada burrito wrap and it was very tasty but tiny.
We also had a veggie bowl for my vegetarian kiddos which they loved.
We had a chicken bowl and it was DELICIOCO!!!
Attempting to be efficient and save time by using the chipotle app was a FAIL bc our order was not ready at pickup time and was about 20 minute late which left a bad taste in my mouth

We ordered a kid’s cheese quesadilla and got… empty tortillas. This is the second time this has happened! They also frequently forget items (like the chips). Their accuracy is poor. Very frustrating.

The staff here is very nice and the food is always fresh. Portions are great, better than any other chipotle. The only complaint is that there are homeless people who loiter here and ask for money. It’s not chipotle’s fault, but it makes me feel uncomfortable.

The workers did not pay attention to the order that was given. Instead of doing one bowl at a time she insisted on preparing 3 bowls at one time thus making the mistake of a preparing 3 veggie bowls instead of chicken. Once the order made it home to me I called to be issued a refund and it become a long and drawn out process through their corporate office. The lady suggested giving a credit when I stated I preferred a refund. She agreed to refund, asked for an email address, and failed to issue the refund. Now we are cooking at home when we wanted to eat out for convenience.

We’ve tried to give this location so many chances, but it is truly awful. The last time we ordered food here, the pinto beans in the 2 kids’ meals were so dried out, they were like pieces of chalk. You could tell the beans had probably been scraped from the bottom after sitting in the heating pan for too long. The rice in my partner’s burrito was inedible, because it was like trying to chew tiny rocks. It was so disappointing.
And this isn’t the first time this has happened. The first couple of times, we tried to be like well, sometimes people have bad days or maybe a new employee was still learning the ropes. But after a third time, we’re done flushing money down the toilet.
Also it’s always so dirty at the drink station. One time, I set my to go bag on the counter to fill up the two drinks and when I picked up the bag, the bottom was soaked with brown liquid. So gross. The tables are always covered in grime and food crumbs.
I used to love Chipotle but this location has kind of ruined it for me.

The staff see it’s a long line but instead let one person continue to make all the meals while the other team member sits at the register. Mind you no one needs to be cashed out. In considerate of others time and the employee. Of course the food is good. Shoutout to the guy making the orders because he was patience the hole time. I believe he’s Caucasian.

I had not visited Chipotle in awhile. They used to be a “go to” years ago but obviously much has changed. I visited this location for a quick lunch and unfortunately they were training a new person on the line. I ordered a bowl with carne asada and received the most miniscule portion of beef, likely because they harp on the new employees to be super stingy on portions and the supervisor was basically over the girl’s shoulder.
I said, “Umm, can I get a little more carne? That was a tiny portion for a $12 bowl.” She nervously said, “We can do a double.” Not wanting to make a scene with people waiting, I said, “Okay, make it a double.”
So I was given a very level, three quarters of serving spoonful of extra beef… For which they charged 6.75 more.
Walked away paying $19 before tax just for the bowl… With meat content that in the past an average normal portion size.
Also, the tiniest kid bag of chips – used to be 70 cents – now 1.60.
$22 tab for this? Never again. Extremely poor value, at least at this location.

Very nasty. Not clean. The workers didn’t change gloves after touching other than food. Because I had a distance to drive, I had to eat at the restaurant. Not one table was clean. I had to wipe all the food on the floor so I could sit down. Several people ate outside because it was cleaner lol somewhat. The score is 86…. if it’s not an old score. It should be a lesser score. It’s Chipotle so you get what you get. The staff wasn’t over friendly so can’t brag about that. The location is convenient to a lot of shops in the area so that’s a plus if you want to do some shopping before you grab some food.

I have had my bowl of rice at this Chipotle’s location several already to know that they offer great service. I have never had any issues with them. They are always friendly with a great smile on their faces. I crack jokes with them sometimes and it always land well. The taste is legendary as we all know. The decor is fabulous with the aluminum tables that are easy to clean. Brilliant!!!
