I ordered food for pickup today for lunch. I had not been to the location in a while and I was surprised by how disheveled it looked. The counters were littered with bits of food and meals were being prepared in the midst of the mess. After receiving my food and getting it home I noticed that one of the bowls was missing two items and both were cold and had small portions. I was so disappointed. I spent $30 for the 2 meals!

Got two burrito bowls to go via mobile order! The pickup ready time wasn’t accurate but when I arrived, my order was ready. I got a lot of toppings and the bowl is pretty packed! The beef barbacoa was way better than the steak though.

Doing my experience today and unfortunately, in the past at other locations, all ingredients are not available on the front line. Employees don’t offer you to wait of the missing item or substituted for something else. I paid $10

Good customer service by online order, the location looks clean and pretty and of course the food was astonishing. The only bad thing was that I wait a few minutes for my order when I pickup it after requesting online my food but the rest of that it’s really good this Chipotle location

I remember back in early 2021 the Toco Hills Chipotle was good. You can order online and get your food at the promised time, or you can go through the line in less than 5 minutes and enjoy your meal in the dining area. Fast forward to summer of 2022, and the situation at this location has fallen tremendously! Prices across the board are up over 20%, the front line area has been closed for months and you can now only place online orders. Please note if you are promised a pick up time at 7:30, it will probably take another 30-45 minutes on top of that! When I visited this evening, there was no available parking because there were about 25 people inside all waiting for their online orders. I counted 7 employees in the back, about half of them were just standing around listening to music on their AirPods! The quality and attention to detail has dropped too, a customer in front of me told the worker that her order was wrong, so the worker said to just file for a refund online! When I started eating my burrito bowl, I found a leaf! This has never happened to me before and I’ve been eating Chipotle for over 10 years! It makes no sense why Chipotle keeps raising their prices every few months while the food quality and customer service keeps falling!
