I ordered from door dash and was trying to get the Chipotle sauce with my order but come to find out they don’t have the sauce and i couldn’t let them know online cause they are not allowed to take it online. so I called the store and the young lady the system online is down and say they don’t have the ingredients to make the sauce. Please do better when it comes to things like your sauce that’s what makes the Chipotle bowl and burrito. It’s sad and im mad.

Food was delicious, front line server was a little Put off when I asked for Fresh brown rice… communication is Key to everything!
Not only were they running low on brown rice, they were low on black beans, veggies, And sour cream!
That’s your job to ensure these items are not low…right?

On numerous occasions my husband and I go to this location to buy our favorite Chipotle bowls. Up until recently (past ~4 months ago) the portion size was good. Now, every time we go, we get severely ripped off on portion sizes of the bowls. To the point we debate on even going to Chipotle anymore. Its not worth the money…

I was craving queso and chips when my boyfriend asked if I wanted anything from Chipotle, and I got about 10 chips total in my bag. I’ve never been so disappointed with this place in my life, and we are too far now to go back and get more! Guess i have to waste half my queso!

ORDER IN PERSON ONLY!! then you can control how much/little of each ingredient you receive & potentially deter errors. Preordered 2 burritos and a side of quac, received 1 burrito, 1 bowl and the skimpiest excuse for a side of guac. the burrito received was veggie (includes free guac) the second photo indicates how far in i began this review and still no guac. Might have the tiniest bit at the end but regardless, they are supposed to flag ingredients and chances are i won’t have any guac. Both meals were ordered as light hot salsa but are WAY too spicy to enjoy. If that wasn’t enough, vinaigrette was requested during pick up and only 1 was received. The workers were rude about it and for some reason seemed annoyed giving vinaigrette for non-salad orders, however there is no way to pay for vinaigrette and all toppings besides guac/queso etc. are free, why should the employees care what toppings i like on my food?
Called Customer service and they wanted to offer 2 free entrees with no upgrades (guac/gueso/drink etc.), 1 chips & guac voucher. Given what I ordered (2 entrees and a side of guac) they were really offering 1 free chips and no refund for the original order and nothing for their employees’ behavior. NO THANKS because who knows when/if i’ll want chipotle again. Requested refund instead, to use anywhere rather than just chipotle. Disappointed to say the least. this is better than other ATL locations near me so probably will have to go here but again ONLY IN PERSON. Unfortunately will have to endure some discomfort and disrespect which I think the employees are hoping for or they will find a way to ruin your online order to try and get you in the store, but hopefully your order will be correct in the end. Experience poor, food unenjoyable, employees weird/overly invested in providing customers a negative experience.

Ordered Uber Eats from this Chipotle location and received this burrito which was barely the size of my palm. For $45, I would expect that I would have received more than a tortilla filled with rice and barely any chicken. I took this burrito back to the location and politely asked if I could get a replacement and the worker reacted as if they were annoyed and rolled a slightly bigger burrito with cold chicken. The person in front of me ordering even had to ask to fill her burrito with more ingredients. I’m still hungry after this atrocity of a burrito. Will not return.

Firstly, the service is good. The employees are talkative and energetic. This portion for my burrito is a big let down. $16 for a burrito that’s the size of a petite woman’s hand is ridiculous. I advise you to communicate throughly so the same thing isn’t your fate.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The service was unbelievably rude. As I was ordering, the guy behind the counter kept giving me this hostile look, like he was irritated that I was even speaking. He rushed me the entire time and made me feel completely unwelcome, like I wasn’t a paying customer but just someone wasting his time. It was honestly uncomfortable and unprofessional. This location seriously needs better customer service
