The sign on the door, online and answering service says they open at 10:45. At 10:55 there are workers inside but no one opened the door. I called and got the automated service.

I’ve been a regular at this Chipotle for a long time, and while I’ve experienced minor issues before, I’ve overlooked them out of respect for how hard fast-food workers work. However, today I ordered my usual chicken salad bowl and found a piece of plastic in my food while eating. I’m just thankful I didn’t accidentally swallow it. Here’s a picture for reference.

This Chipotle never lets me down, and I usually walk over or drive over to this one instead of going to the other Chipotle down the street. I got a double protein bowl the last time I came, and that thing was stuffed as best as it could be. I always place pick up orders ahead of time, and they’re ready to pick up from the counter by the time I get here.

I HATE this chipotle. I only come because I work walking distance to this location. The employees are lazy and have bad attitudes. I’ve been at least 5 times before making this review in hopes that things would change, never does. They’re always out of EVERYTHING. Close this location. Management is non-existent.

This Chipotle consistently gives the worst portions I have ever seen. They do not give full servings, and the scoops are barely half full. When you ask a question, the employees either ignore you or act like they do not understand you.
The customer service is terrible. There is no energy, no courtesy, and no effort to make the experience pleasant. I work at the hospital down the street, and I would rather drive to another city than come here again.
It is not just me. My coworkers and other people I know have had the same bad experience. Whoever is managing this location needs to retrain the staff immediately or hire people who actually want to work and know how to treat customers.

Well run Mexican fast food chain. Food is well prepared, cafeteria style, under your direction. This is a step up from the standard low cost Mexican fast food restaurant chain. Come enjoy a high calorie, delicious burrito, bowl, taco or salad. Nice restaurant atmosphere with great background music. Ample parking is behind the building.
