Writing this in Jan 2026 I must to say that the shrinkflation hit new highs (or bottom?) here. This place has experienced it since like a year. But today’s serving was a record low. They don’t serve a full size their serving spoon any more. My serving was like 1/4-1/3 smaller what it used to be half a year ago.
I appreciate them maintaining the same prices, but if the trend with shrinkflation continues I will have to order double meal or go elsewhere.
Other than that – loud music is pretty annoying. And some stuff is pretty grumpy.
Please get better!

The music in here is so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation in. I would give whoever is on aux a 4.8/10. The outdoor patio is a great space to get some peace and quiet. My fiancée gently asked the lady at the counter for a bag of chips and the lady shook her head in disgust as she grabbed the chips. All to say, the food is always great. Many healthy options!

I’m in here once a season or so as it is near my house and one of the better student food choices. Also, it has a small outdoor patio.
It is fresh and healthy food served by the enthusiastically confused with a dining area that looks like teenagers clean it. Need I say more? Look at the pics. Notice how many people are idle behind the counter and how much debris is on the tables.
I am tempted to give them another star just for cuteness. I asked the gal behind the counter for a few extra chips for my kid and she remarked, “two or three?”
It’s good food. It’s quick. It’s fresh. You should probably get it to go.

Usually this chipotle is pretty good, but yesterday, everything was massively under-salted and under-flavored: chips, rice, guacamole. Disappointing.
Also, there was a chipotle employee who came out in his chipotle uniform and cut me in line to immediately start ordering his burrito. I could understand if there were a really long line, but he literally stepped between my partner and me to be the immediate one to order. Why didn’t he just make his own burrito? I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. There were only three people in line. If he really wanted someone else to make his burrito, he should have waited like all the paying customers did. My partner then had to wait at the end of the line since we were paying together for him to go through and get his burrito. It slowed the whole line and made things awkward. Bad look, Chipotle. Very bad look.

They give small portions & you have to ask for extra two times!!! It was not clean in here, maybe because it was towards the end I went around 8, or maybe there’s a shortage in staff but it should always be clean. The food was ok.

I brought 62 dollars worth of food, 5 burrito bowls for my kids only to get home and find that the black beans were spoiled. The food had a weird taste and we was able to isolate what that taste was and it was the spoiled black beans. My daughter got a stomach ache after.

I ordered online, for an 8:50 pickup. Not only was the food late by 10 minutes, I picked up my bag, which was unusually light, and see no napkins nor utensils inside. When I opened my bowl, lo and behold there is an entire chunk of food missing, as if the person making the bowl got lazy and half scooped everything.

I ordered my chipotle through door dash. My order was on time the service was okay and the place was clean. However I when I opened my bag my barbacoa tacos were very light. They were not filled. On top of that one taco was missing barbacoa all together!! I literally took my first bite of a taco and it was tortilla only! What’s going on Chipotle? Maybe i shouldn’t use door dash for chipotle?

Mold and slime build up on drink dispensers.

But this is the second time I’ve come in where they have neglected to clean the drink dispensers. Last time I let one of the employees know, but if you’ve worked in a kitchen you know these need to be cleaned at least every other day, and this level of mold and slime build up takes a couple weeks at least. Ew.
