Just wanted to take a moment to share some praise on this Chipotle location in Lenox/Buckhead. Portions are good, food is great. But above all, just wanted to compliment the attention to food safety at this location. Saw staff washing their hands, turning faucet off with a paper towel, before putting on brand new gloves to serve. Even saw the cashier wash hands and hand sanitize before even touching the cash register, as well as put on new gloves for something as simple as ladling some sauce. The restaurant is also constantly being cleaned including the drink/napkin area. While one might say all of this goes without saying, I sadly cannot say this for all Chipotle locations. As someone who has gone through the throes of severe food poisoning in the past, really appreciate that the team here takes protection of customers seriously, especially as many folks working in the area come to this location for lunch every single day. Very pleased. Hope you all keep up the good work.

Is always out of chicken, chips, something. Save your time and go to another location.

Just ordered a to go order not realizing it was this location. A completely different order gets delivered than what I ordered. I go to submit an issue and the website isn’t working to submit issues. Avoid this location like the plague

I don’t usually eat on this side of town, but I was hoping the quality at this Chipotle would be top tier. Unfortunately, it was lacking. I ordered a steak burrito, and the steak was so tough and dry that it crumbled as it was being put on my burrito. I even overheard the worker whisper to his coworker, “this is mad dry,” which wasn’t very reassuring—but I was craving it and hoped it would taste better than it looked.

When I finally bit into my burrito, the steak pieces were so hard it felt like I was swallowing little rocks. I don’t think I even got to chew them properly. Thankfully, the sour cream and pico helped soften things up a bit, but it still wasn’t enjoyable. I also got a side of vinaigrette, which was disappointing too—it was overly sweet, more like juice, when it should have had that tangy balance.

On the positive side, the restaurant itself was very clean and well-managed, so no complaints there. But overall, I was disappointed with my meal. I think the team should make more of an effort to enhance the quality of the food when they notice something is off, especially with something as central as the steak.

Man you guys need to tighten ALL THE WAY UP. You call this EXTRA lettuce, EXTRA Rice, and EXTRA Beans ? And This is not the first time this happened either but it wasn’t much. BUT this time….I have to say, please Show your new hires or retrain your staff in drive thru (or both) the proper portions for bowls burritos chips etc. I don’t have the luxury to keep running back every visit to get my order right. I’d greatly appreciate it.

First, I ordered to pick up inside through their app. I wanted to go in and be able to make my own drink and ensure things were right. The cashier told me I had to pick up at the outside window. So went outside. Order was late but not by much so wouldn’t have cared, but the guy at the window didn’t seem to understand why I wanted to make my own drink, and it took a couple of tries to just get him to give me my cup and so I could go back inside. Went inside and both the drink choices I would have taken were out of syrup, so I went BACK outside to ask him to fill it. I was just going to deal with whatever ice he gave me at this point. He filled my cup with soda water because the syrup was out in their machine too. But he still filled it not noticing. When I tried to knock on the window and stop him, another woman told me not to mess with the window or I would mess it up. She was totally right- not upset there, but I was just trying to stop him from wasting more time. I got my drink back from him, went back inside AGAIN and figured I would try tea. It tasted like it was two days old. They didn’t seem to know how to help me because I ordered through the app so I just left. This store (other than the woman in the back who mentioned the window) need retraining fast.

Then I got back to the hotel and realized the chips were only a handful in the bag. I ordered a large. I’m not walking back over there and trying to explain this to them, but I’m so frustrated. My flight was cancelled and I am stuck in a hotel so just wanted a good meal I could count on and didn’t get it.

One of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. Maybe the worker was having a bad day or something but she scooped most of the pico juice into my bowl instead of pico when I asked for another scoop. Also the portion here are comparably smaller to other chipotle stores in Atl. I would not come here again especially for dine in.
I give it 2 stars because there is parking for customers in the back and wheelchair accessible.

I feel you all rob people that order through delivery apps being the fact we can’t see you make our orders and you don’t even have a legit customer service for us to get serviced.

I orderd 1/2 chicken, 1/2 barb!
I have No chicken but, I paid for it!

I then tried to call the store you have this automated nonsense that tells me to go on your site to “ask Pepper”….

Which I did but, since it was doordash it tells me to contact doordash.
Why is a delivery service responsible for you all NOT fixing my bowl correctly ? They are just a delivery service!!!!

My experience at this location was awful. It was raining outside, and I went inside to pick up my order. However, the lady said the only way she would hand me my order if I stood outside in the rain and picked it up from the pick up window outside.

The store was not busy, and the lady could have assisted me in giving me my order since I was already in the store instead of trying to make me go back outside and stand in the rain. I ended up just leaving with no order.

Then I tried to call the store to speak with a manager, and it was hard to get through. I did end up leaving feedback with their feedback team. But I’m writing a review here on Google too.
