I bought a burrito and it truly exceeded my expectations. The steak had an incredible flavor and was cooked perfectly. All the ingredients came together wonderfully. The staff were very friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be back; next time I’ll try the bowl.

I made a online order for my family since I thought it would be easier. I got home with my food and all four I ordered were wrong, I checked my order to see if I missed something. Gave it to my youngest and she said something was wrong and I looked and it was RAW chicken then as I look through another one of the bowls it’s raw aswell! Not only is half the bowl EMPTY and contents wrong it was RAW! Not only did I call and contact them they said I can either go get another bowl or a refund on only two of the bowls… so now I get to go cook food for my family because I refuse to risk hurting my children!

Raw chicken, huge hunk of fat, and bowls only 1/2 way full. We ordered online, so it was easily hidden. What a shock when we opened our order. Pink chicken in two bowls and the other two were missing 1/2 the ingredients!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my visit was disappointing. The protein portions were extremely small, especially for what you pay. I shouldn’t have to ask twice for a full scoop. Consistency really matters, and this location ALWAYS miss the mark. Cava over chipotle any day!

We ordered two chicken protein burritos. All the ingredients looked old and nasty. As if they had not refreshed the bins in days. Everything was dirty on the prepping station and the workers looked as if they had zero clue what they were doing. This was my very FIRST time ever eating at Chipotle and it will be my LAST! After we get the burritos wrapped, we go to pay… $30 for 2 burritos!! Ummm ok…. I paid with cash. The guy takes my cash and puts it in the drawer and tells me, “I don’t have any change” Im looking at him like this is my problem how! You are a business, if you knew you didn’t have change in the drawer why would you take my cash to begin with and why would you not just tell me beforehand? I have never and I menan never encountered nonsense like this in my entire life.. Chipotle do better! I told the guy to just keep the change. Not like it was going to break me but it was still almost a dollar in change back that you kept! Im wondering how many other customers had the same experience as us that day! We sat down to eat, let me just say the tables and floors were nasty as well. Please tell me who the manager is at this place as they need to be fired! This is not how you run a business,,,,, I will also add that the gentleman sitting behind us that day also had an issue with his “money” on his ticket as well. He went up and spoke to someone in regards to it and was NOT happy to say the least… Lets clean house at this newer place and start doing a better job of training workers. I will never step foot inside another location again.I will stick with MOES!!!!!!

Never again.

I showed up, there was no chicken and then I had to awkwardly wait around for the employee to grill more for like 5 min. No big deal. Chicken ended up being raw when I got home.

Looking at the numerous negative reviews in here it looks like I’m not alone in my experience.

When ordering online the site stated they were out of chicken and black beans, seems like pretty basic staples, but ok. I settle for other toppings and still place the order. When I arrive both chicken and black beans seemed abundant, what I couldn’t find was my order in the mobile pick-up area. Apparently it was setting on some random equipment behind the mobile pick up area, mind you there are no other orders on the shelves. So after asking the employee at the register about it I was able to obtain my order. Once home I was greeted to a stale tortilla, nothing says fresh like the crunchy edge of aged tortilla.

Before the owner gets a chance to respond to this let me save you time…..no, I will not go to the site you continue to ask other reviews to go to for further information. Honestly, if you really cared you would address the MANY concerns mentioned in your reviews instead of asking for constant feedback. Be proactive not reactive, otherwise you should just close like the Moe’s did across the street from you.

Apparently chicken quesadillas are only available if you do a mobile order! All menu options should be available all the time if you’re going to offer that.
The service was pretty slow but my husband and son were happy with their food. Portions seem pretty small unless you order double everything so they can charge you more.

Went to chipotle.com for help per the owners response and got zero help, it’s all AI.
Removed another star for that.

Food is great but half the time, the workers can’t read so your gets messed up. This happens the most to me when I doordash, so I stopped ordering that way and decided to order thru the website, had worse issues, I’m just over it. Wish the people read how the order is supposed to be.
Example, 3 tacos with chicken, brown rice, black beans and cheese, what I get is 3 tacos with chicken , white rice, no blacks beans and salsa instead of cheese… Can you workers please do better

3 stars because it’s chipotle and they’ve earned that as a brand… But I ain’t notta nair never once seent this place have all of the ingredients in stock. It’s always out of at least one item. Sometimes it’s the guac. Sometimes it’s the steak. Most of time it’s the fajitas. Would be a lot cooler if they just kept everything.
