So I got a mix of chicken and steak. The steak part was nothing but grissle . For the cost, the steak should also be tender and not grissle. Do better. Also the vinergaette sauce should be offered on line as an option. Y’all also need to quit being out of it. Order extra so we can all have some.

Me and my girl decided to grab a bite here. It’s my first time eating here but I like it. I got a bowl with brown rice, chicken, black beans, peppers and onions, and she got the bowl with rice, chicken, and steak. We enjoyed our meal and it was a great atmosphere to dine in. The servers were nice in telling me what was what and helping my decisions. The price was decent, not too cheap but not too expensive for the food. I would dine here again if I felt the need to.

Cleaner than most Chipotle’s I’ve been in. The staff was a little slow but I’m certain they were understaffed. The girl making the plates was also on the register and doing Togo’s. She was incredibly friendly. It was a little warm in the restaurant so we ate outside. The food was good and staff were friendly.

I order double meat but seems I just get a normal portion. And their veggies aren’t chopped fine at all, huge pieces of bell pepper makes it not as good as it used to be. Maybe hire better staff?

My family and I stopped at this Chipotle coming from Atlanta and when I tell you this place was filthy dirty it was a mess every where. The grill was so nasty nobody had cleaned it and it was just burning and stuff was all caked up on the grill it was so nasty. Their was food every where on their counters all over the floors front end and back the trash had nasty stuff all on it and where they fix your food was so nasty we walked out but before I asked the manager politely if they were going to clean this place because it was so disgusting. He apologized and then we walked out. The health department need to come up in here. I have never seen a Chipotle restaurant nasty like this. I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. If this were my restaurant I would’ve fired everyone.

The food is pretty good depends on the cook. One time I went Saturday afternoon the place was very messy. The meat was very dry. Today i went their it was clean. The food was good but the workers attitude was disgusting. Which made me not want to eat there. Today like most of the time it seems to be under staff. The employees have the worst attitudes. July 31, 2025 i Ordered a rice bowl at 1509 lafayette pkwy lagrange, ga. The younglady J was nearing end of preparing as begin putting sour cream on my bowl, I told her the sour cream has tomatoes in it and I dont eat tomatoes. She proceeded to stick her index and thumb fingers in my food to pick out the tomatoes. I think told her that I did not want that bowl because she stuck her fingers in my food. Her reply was “I have on gloves”. I told her that is unsanitary and not acceptable and please start my bowl again. She laughed with sarcasm and hollered over to a coworker ” fix her bowl”. When the coworker approached I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I proceeded to tell him what happened. He showed little concern of her actions, because of the late hour and the choices for food i eat was limited, i allowed him to prepare my bowl. I reached out to the corporate office to report the experience . I received a reply back from corporate representative stating this was definitely unsanitary and unacceptable. She asked me to send in a copy of the receipt and they would work out a solution to my satisfaction. I sent it to her. Then i received an email on August 4th as follows:
“I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. To make it right, I would like to invite you back for a better experience.
As a token of our apology and appreciation, I’ve added two free drink offers to this email for you to use within the next 30 days.”
I replied back, that this was not acceptable because I dont drink sodas or any of the beverages chipotle offers. My orders have always been a rice bowl only. As of today August 14, still no reply. This is unfortunate because I thought more of the restaurant chain integrity. This unsanitary experience at this one restaurant cause me not to want to ever visit chipotle again. The least corporate could have done was give credit equivalent to what i paid for a chicken bowl with guacamole for $12.04.

There was a sign on the door indicating you could only do online orders and they had locked the doors. Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after pickup time for our food. Finally get home and was missing an item from my order, no utensils for the bowl, no napkins, and my burrito was so sloppy it had to be eaten with a fork. Poor experience all around.
