I came in to get dinner on 1/7/2025. I got the burrito bowl with chicken. This is the first Chipotle where I had chicken fight me back! Meaning the chicken was undercooked! You can see from the photos that this is extremely dangerous. You need professionals to cook the food. What little was chewed made me nauseated. I tried to call and complain, but I got no answer; it just rang. I spent $32.00 and some change for two bowls! I was going to drive back, but I couldn’t leave my ill mother alone as I let go of the nurse for the night. I have watched over the counter as they cook the chicken they had run out of. They just started pulling it off the grill, didn’t check the temperature, and started cutting it up! Customers, I am sure, would appreciate it if you could make sure it is completely done and not get sick from half-done chicken. You just have to communicate with the customers. First, you need to prepare food as you would for yourself, which is why you need older, experienced cooks to supervise those who do not know how to. Second, smile, you are representing Chipotle, and you HAVE a job… Some wish they could get a job, no matter what the pay is; you are BLESSED. This is a new restaurant and should not have 2.6 stars, given that it has only been open for a month. You have more one-star reviews than any other stars. I really had high hopes for this one… I was praying it would be better than Sandtown, which took about a month to go bad. The corporation should conduct surveys to ensure expectations are being met, whether they are privately owned or corporate.

I usually do not leave reviews!!! Omg!!! I am in customer service so I know how reviews can be very one sided and based on one moment. However, I live in this area and I LOVE chipotle. I eat it almost everyday. EVERYTIME, I go to this location I almost just want them to stop making the bowl. The service is the worst I’ve experienced on a consistent level. They always talk negatively about the previous customer after they leave. It’s always dirty & unorganized. For my own peace of mind and love for chipotle, this will be my last time visiting this location.

This is the second time I’ve come here due to the convenience of location and both times I’ve been disappointed in the service as well as the food and atmosphere. The burrito bar was disgusting and the customer service truly lacked any service at all, the associate working the front was alone while the shift lead/ supervisor and cashier stood there talking amongst themselves. We won’t be returning to Chipotle.

If you’re looking for really bad service, go here! I went in today ( several people working and no one spoke)and I can’t recall the last time I gotten service so bad, when I walked up to the counter after a few minutes someone finally came up to the counter (I got there around 10:55 and they open at 10:45, they were clearly behind on setting up. But anyway the guy spoke to me, I asked him a question about a menu item he answered and just walked away, SO DID I! I expect many more reviews similar to this! I hope they get it right, because we need more restaurants in the area

this was by far the best chipotle experience I have had in a while. Yes I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted with a smile at the counter and my bowl was bursting at the seams without me having to ask for anything extra. Most chipotle’s I go to are not this generous with their ingredients. My guacamole (which I ate in the car) was also full to the brim. I’m so glad I chose this location instead of Camp Creek, which is closer to my house. I will return my chipotle craving comes back.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced. The food tastes old and dry. It does not meet the chipotle standards. This location definitely needs a good manager to turn this around. All the employees seem like young teenagers. I have frequented this location twice because it’s right down the street and convenient. I will taking my business to the more established location until they can work out the kinks in this one. Horrible!!!!

You all need to gut the staff and start over. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt after multiple attempts but tonight I ordered a burrito bowl through door dash and these trifling people put ZERO toppings on my bowl. SMH just meat and rice??? I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. You all need new management and staff asap.

This was hands down one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered through the mobile app, which clearly showed my selected meat as available, only to arrive and be told they only had two meats left. Instead of contacting me or canceling the order, they just gave me the wrong meat without asking. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the store ignores the order completely?
To make it worse, the food was undercooked—rice was crunchy and the meat didn’t even seem fully done. Paying full price for food that’s both wrong and poorly prepared is unacceptable. The app is misleading, the execution was sloppy, and the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money.
If a location can’t keep ingredients stocked or prepare food properly, they shouldn’t allow mobile orders at all. Extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.

My excitement for this new location turned into disappointment, real fast. Simply put, they need NEW and better management already. I’ve been there twice, and both times, had to wait on chicken to be cooked.. because no one was alerted that they were running low. The employees on line are nice, but all are teenagers, who need help. The ones making orders work super hard, while a cashier is standing on their phone. The food is actually good.. but it’s obvious that this location needs better management to run smoothly. Adding more workers to the food line to help with crowds quicker, constantly checking when meat, veggies are running low.. having someone on the grill to cook ahead of time not when the food is already out, etc. Small things that can be resolved with an actual shift leader/manager that’s capable of running a business. I have faith in yall. Come on.
