I went up to the drive thru and was met by a girl wiping her nose with her hand. I told her my name. She yells “who?” annoyed. Last time, she handed me a completely different order, and asked me to open it to check the contents. I don’t feel safe regarding their sanitation practices.

Poor customer service and unacceptable food quality. My drive-thru order required circling the line three times and was delivered 25 minutes late due to “cooking the carne asada.” When I finally received the food, the meat was cold, rubbery, and extremely chewy—nearly inedible and difficult to swallow. The rest of the order was also cold and tasted poor. This reflects a clear decline in ingredient quality, consistent with other reviews and with my own experience. This was my third consecutive bad experience (two at this location). Chipotle is no longer what it once was, remains overpriced, and appears to have lost focus on quality and customer care.

Took this picture at 11:07am and the doors were locked. There were several other people trying to get in. Staff inside just ignored everyone at the door and wouldn’t provide an explanation why they were closed. Another time I went there they said they were out of every single meat option. When I can actually get food here it’s noticeable worse than other locations. This store needs to just close down so a business with basic management skills can move in.

Staff are fine, not super nice but nice enough.
Super rushed even though there was like 3 people in the store total. Had to stop them twice in their tracks since they were going so fast and were going to put stuff in without asking, etc.
They also scraped the bad, hard rice at the bottom instead of refilling it and also kinda skimped out on it anyways.
Both wife and I couldn’t finish our food.
I just wish we could have enjoyed our food more.
Wife also reminded me that whenever we go go to this location its that way. We dont go to it often and we eat chipotle so often I wouldn’t have remembered otherwise.

I’m really disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I got a salad bowl, and there was barely any lettuce in it. just a few sad leaves at the bottom. The portion of tofu was tiny, like they made it for a kid’s meal or something. I’ve had much better bowls here in the past but this one felt like they were really skimping on everything. Not the quality I’m used to, and honestly, not worth the price. Definitely not coming back anytime soon if this is the new standard.

Do not eat here. Every person in there hates their job. They move super slow and every time someone walked in the guy making the food got more pissed off. I love chipotle’s food, but the energy in there is terrible. They need a manager in there those young guys do not know what they’re doing. Super disappointing. I ended up eventually, just leaving because it was taking way too long and there was no sense of urgency from anyone. Better off going to Popeyes next-door.

Went in to order four meals and was treated with such rude body language while asking two questions, and then had eyes rolled at me. Thankful for the man at the cashier station who was pleasant and answered the questions with kindness and clarity. Do better or find a new job.

My experience at the Woodstock, GA. location on hwy 92 was inconvenient and could have cost a trip to the emergency room. First I placed my order to go and paid for Chips as an addition to my order. Once I arrived home I noticed there were no chips in my bag; therefore, I drove back to the restaurant which was the inconvenient part of my review experience. Once I retrieved my chips, I returned back home to begin eating my meal and after a few bites in I noticed something white that appeared to be plastic. I proceeded to pull the white item out of my chipotle bowl meal and discovered it was indeed part of a plastic white bag. If I had consumed this item, it would have been a trip to the emergency, if I was lucky. I hope this review of my experience initiates proper training in food preparation! My visit was at 6:10 on 4/11/25.

I said 3 times no cheese as I have a dairy allergy and she put a huge pile of cheese and just barely brushed some off, and returned dirty cheese to serving bar.
I said a little guac, she put half the container full of guac and then double charged me for it!
Scam artists! The health inspector needs to investigate this dump….

Went there today and got a kids meal for myself and my 12yr old. The girl tried to up charge me $2.50 each meal making the total around $16 for two kids meals that should have been around $10. I asked her why and she said because we got honey chicken. No where does it say that is extra. Also on chipotle website it says the kids meal comes with a choice of protein. Which was the chicken! She then charges us $2.50’more for queso that my son got as his side in his kids meal. But the queso was part of his meal, his second side. So they basically up charged us $2.50 more for his cheese even tho it was his side. Like what?? If they were going to charge for the queso they should have put that on a side and offered him his second side instead ! This location is disappointing.
