It has been several months since this location opened and still, every time I go in to give it a chance, they are missing several essential menu items. There always seems to be plenty employees sitting around, yet they are always missing protein options and fajita veggies from both the drive thru and the front. Not to mention, the food that is sitting in the front looks dried out like it’s been sitting there for hours.
The employees seem distracted and confused about what they’re doing. Today, the employee fixing my bowl was so distracted by their co-worker that they gave me half/quarter spoon fulls of each thing I asked for. My bowl looked sad, half empty, and fajita veggie-less at the end of the line. My mother waited 15 minutes for the veggies and steak to cook, and ultimately decided to not get food because of the whole ordeal.
The manager was unapologetic, no sorry for the wait, no compensation, no recognition. They had plenty of time to stand outside with their friend chatting, but couldn’t take their time to apologize and offer any sort of assistance.
I’ve given this location enough chances and enough time. I won’t be returning unless the management is completely taken over by someone more competent.

Every single time I come to this chipotle at nearly any time of day they never have key items. No chicken, no rice, no veggies, at this point does anyone even check to see when they are running low before it’s time to fire up a new batch? Unless you ask for something that they are out of they don’t even consider making more. The amount of times I hear “oh we have to make more” like hello? Did you not even notice you were low? Completely incompetent employees when it comes to running a chipotle location.

Great experience on Valentine’s Day. I was greeted walking in the door by Nick, everything was clean, he was polite, made my order quickly, portions were fair and fresh. I thought I would share since there’s a lot of bad reviews. Things were great

I’ve only been to Chipotle one other time like 5 years ago. It’s good. Nice to have something different. Everyone always raves about Chipotle and I didn’t see it or feel it. For what we’re paying for the specialty fast food places these days there should be more of an experience. Jeez music or something… It’s just a cafeteria with decent food. Cleanliness, service and quality were all on par though.

Always out of things and the store itself is always dirty . This is the only location I’ve ever experienced this and it’s every time. When you walk in 9 out of 10 times hill there is no employee behind the counter. You have to wait for someone. Love chipotle but not this location. Please do better !

I arrived at 4pm. No customers there, and 2 people behind counter standing. The food looked old, needed to be stirred what was there. Meats looked not edible, little in pans. I got a veg bowl @$17 for disappointing food. Added a drink, place was dirty, sloppy and very disappointed at my first & last visit to the new Jasper Ga store.

Employees are nice but today when I ordered online beef barbacoa, I got two fatty pieces of more fat and a drop of meat. Very disappointing. You probably should go inside and watch to make sure you are getting what you deserve. Not worth it.

Ordered 1 bowl & 1 burrito at 7:13pm, the app said to pick it up at 7:20pm. It’s currently 7:50pm & we are sitting in the drive thru watching them make our order.
They dropped my first burrito on the floor, laughed for a good few mins & started remaking our food.
The line is wrapped all around the building & 30 mins late. No urgency from the employees.

Thank god this is not my local chipotle. Only good thing I can say is the short hispanic girl in there is great. Otherwise, the bowl sizes compared to other chipotles were literal child portions. You will get ripped off. Got double chicken and it was laughable. Wait a few months for them to get some actual employees in there and try again. MAYBE
