I never enjoy leaving a negative review about a restaurant. I chose to eat here for my first time at one of Chipotle’s restaurants after a workout at the gym. I ordered the Chicken bowl with all sorts of toppings. I had eaten roughly half of my bowl before I came across two big pieces of still cold, slimy, and completely raw chicken. I was given a free coupon for another meal at this restaurant. I was not looking for anything in return when I told them about this issue except that the chicken be cooked thoroughly next time. Undercooked chicken is extremely dangerous. Please check your chicken when eating here!

This is the fastest friendliest chipotle ever. 10/10 recommended. Every time I order online they beat the estimated pick up time. THEY NEVER FORGET FORKS AND NAPKINS and my order is always perfect. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have only been to this location 2x. First time was probably a half hour or so before close. It was extremely dirty and they were out of many things. I thought, maybe they had a huge rush and haven’t had time to clean up yet. But this time, in the middle of the day, still totally filthy. You can barely see through the glass covering the food. The girl that helped me was very sweet and helpful, but kinda makes my stomach churn thinking about eating the food. Obviously there a lot of bad experiences here within the last year. It would be great if they could get it together. And it shouldn’t matter if someone shows up 5 min before close. Those are your open hours, don’t be mad when people utilize them. Is it ideal, no, but often unavoidable.

Having worked at a previous Chipotle in 2017, I can say this location is absolutely filthy & the people working are not customer friendly (minus one) at all. I didn’t mind the wait in line to order but I saw majority of the tables filthy and ended up not staying there to eat. The first gentleman was friendly but the rest of the employees were not and had a rude demeanor. Their food line was absolutely dirty & contaminated with all other ingredients. If you have any dairy allergies, I advise you to look at the food line before you order. They were out of veggies and had no intention of making more or saying they didn’t have anymore to make. Upon asking for a receipt, the man at the register looked as if he rolled his eyes at me. He even looked bothered to get my two bags of chips.

I order from this restaurant through Uber Eats and usually the food is great. Well, I ordered a veggie bowl and near the bottom of the bowl was a huge leaf that was hard. The burrito I ordered was exposed and not covered with aluminum foil. Very disappointed. Food tampering is such an awful thing to do.

Can’t believe Carrollton finally has a Chipotle! The restaurant was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the line moved quickly. There are a few places to sit inside and out but they are spaced out so big groups can’t be accommodated right now.

I ordered on the app 2 bowls, 2 kids meals and a bag of chips with salsa. The person who help me doesn’t believe me when I said she forgot my chips and one kids chips and she says Chipotle was out of chips and gave us a bad mandarin like she is doing us a favor. Why she didn’t check the order? She looks at us like we try to scam a kids chips. This is the third time something happened in this place. They always made some mistake.
