The WORST chipotle of my life. They didn’t have food ready to choose from such as the steak and white rice. When asked about when they’ll be ready we were shrugged off “uh 15-20 min” with rolled eyes.. We just proceeded with other options since we were in line already. HERE IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG. THE RICE WE GOT WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL!! Appalled, we went to them and asked to see what our options were. Turns out the rude girl telling us that they had no white rice and steak was the manager! Not professional and obviously was not doing her job “managing” the institution. We didn’t hear a single sorry throughout this stressful experience. Instead she was rolling her eyes the entire time. Also, there were about 5 other employees I could sight leaving absolutely no excuses for why the foods weren’t prepared. Love chipotle but this location?? Never again.

My family loves Chipotle and we eat it quite often. We have ordered from multiple locations in the past and I prefer driving further to this location since I have had multiple bad experiences at the location that is closer to my house. Overall I have had good experiences here but I will say that sometimes they lack consistency with the food prep as there are times when the size and weight of my burrito will vary greatly from order to order despite being ordered the exact same each time. On several occasions I paid for double protein and my burrito was made with a very light portion of protein and certainly not a double portion.

Upon arriving I noticed that there was an older African American lady working the toppings section of this restaurant. She was extremely rude to every customer that was ahead of me, especially when they asked for extras of something as if it comes out of her paycheck.
I asked for just 2 toppings: sour cream and lettuce. I wasn’t looking while she added the toppings since I was talking to the cashier, but this shows how she just barely added sour cream.
Once my boyfriend asked for his toppings she continued being rude not wanting to put extra when he nicely asked and after writing on the lid with the sharpie she threw it.
Not sure what her name was but I hope the nice cashier working, Vanessa can name her if a manger sees this.
All in all this franchise and the owner should be incredibly embarrassed with the types of people hired and their attitudes causing these reviews.

The food at this Chipotle has improved so much! The new staff is incredibly friendly and professional compared to before. The food is always well-seasoned and consistently fresh. The only minor suggestion I have is that the fajita mix could be cooked just a little longer and they could seize the black beans a bit more. Other than that, everything has been great.
I’m really happy they changed the staff!! the staff team was rude, and the food quality was inconsistent. I’ve even called corporate on them a few time.. The rice was either too hard or overcooked, and the counter area where they packaged food was always messy. Now, the new staff keeps everything clean and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s such a positive change for this location! Super happy For this location and hope they continue to progress!!

It was a very busy weekend, and only two staff members were working. Therefore, service was extremely slow.
What bothered me more was the hygiene. While preparing food, the staff continued using the same gloves after touching the POS machine and bags. Seeing the same gloves used repeatedly for food handling felt very unsanitary.
I understand being busy, but cleanliness should never be compromised. I’m leaving this review because food hygiene is a serious concern, and I hope this will be taken seriously.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an online order and clearly selected no sour cream and no cheese because I can’t have dairy, but my bowl arrived with extra sour cream and cheese. I didn’t notice until I got home, and I couldn’t even eat my dinner.
On another occasion, my online pickup order was poorly packed and the sauces were spilled all over the bag. When I politely asked the staff for help, I received a rude response and was told, “It comes like this.” That doesn’t make any sense — sauces should not come with lids half open or leaking.
In addition to that, the location was dirty and not properly cleaned. The counters and pickup area looked messy and unorganized, which is not acceptable for a food establishment. The staff also seemed to be in a bad mood and showed no interest in helping customers, which made the overall experience even worse.
This level of customer service and cleanliness does not meet Chipotle’s standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, customer service, and store hygiene immediately.

Worst Chipotle location even though this is my favorite fast food but not this location. Worker here not care about customer. I purchased food and try to use free Guacamole but they are saying I can’t use it. Then why Chilpotle offer this bar code that I can’t use it. I’m having a hard time understanding all these one star reviews I’m seeing come up right off the bat. It’s as if there’s some coordinated effort to discredit this establishment. I come here regularly, if infrequently, and in every case in all my interactions and food purchases I have NEVER been disappointed in any way shape manner or form. My order has EVERY time been fresh and tasty. Prepared exactly to my specifications by a friendly and cheerful employee. It is inconceivable to me that so many people who have posted reviews would “randomly” have such horrible experiences in the face of how positive mine have been. So. If I were someone reading through the reviews for this store, I would completely ignore all the one star haters and head over for the great meal you were looking for.

My order, entree, was filled incorrectly, and I was not able to eat the food. When brought this to Chipotle’s attention they offered provide me a free drink on my next order. (Ive ordered from there for 5+ years and never ordered a drink. So this was basically an offer of nothing.) Poor everything. Very disappointed. Won’t be attending again anytime soon.
