Extremely disappointing experience with this location. I usually come here, and so do many of the staff at my job for lunch. Our company had a lunch meeting yesterday and decided to order from this Chipotle. When our department manager picked up the food—an order totaling over $130—one coworker’s drink was missing and two of the bowls looked terrible. Mine looked as if it had already been half eaten. What a shame.

We work at a firm, and this location had been in my top three choices for potential catering for a future event. Not anymore.

Our manager went to Chipotle today to address the issues with yesterday’s luncheon order. We couldn’t return the food at the time due to the meeting, and honestly, when placing an order over $100 you’d expect it to be double-checked. After speaking with two employees, both claiming to be managers, one of them said they “watched the film” and saw a drink being put in the bag. Huh? Why would our company lie about something like that? Completely unprofessional for a business whose motto is “Food with Integrity.” Yeah, right.

After all of that—and after making our manager wait 47 minutes—they offered a single food voucher. I guess that’s “as real as it gets.”

This chipotle was super clean. The staff was very efficient attentive and quick. There is electric vehicle parking in the lot. The bathroom was very clean. There are two bathrooms. There is no clear defining sign of where the line begins but we’re it begins can be problematic if it gets crowded in the late evening.

Overall clean with friendly staff. The outdoor space although it faces pleasant hill road could be relaxing in the spring.

I would return if chipotle itself didn’t internally ruin my stomach and digestive system every time I ate it. (No fault on the company)

First time visiting this location and it was not bad at all. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, took our order and made it up very quickly and got us out of there. Their overall customer interaction was very good compared to most places recently. I would definitely recommend and plan to go back!

Ordered a bowl with double chicken and regular lettuce. The box felt light before I even opened it, and you can see that the memes about the portion sizes were all true. I used to receive more than this amount of lettuce when I ordered “light” lettuce and the extra charge for an ordinary amount of chicken is really disappointing. Besides the cashier, the workers are also mostly standing around mingling rather than working.

This use to be the best Chipotle, but it is surely becoming the worst. The other day I had the small ball from the tip of the avacado in my guacamole and a chuck of cheese.
I said to myself mistakes happen and didn’t complain. But today’s visit the rep was very shy on rice, even after I stated I was willing to pay extra. Then I get home and the sticker from the avacado is in my guacamole. I give up, very disappointing. Management must look into the new staff hired, the quality of this restaurant is going down fast.

It’s a great place to have your chipotle menu but the amount of liquid in the bowl of your chipotle bowl is a little too much and it seems that’s their signature. Overall they give you enough food and it’s delicious too

This is the worst chipotle. This was my usual and one of my fave workers he had color eye contacts but I don’t see him anymore. I ordered two bowls one chicken bowl and one steak bowl. One guy tried to skimp out on the steak he gave me the little scraps of steak at the bottom of the bin and looked at me smiling. So when I pointed out he was like I’ll get more. Then it got worse not only that the cashier was like you got steak and chicken in one bowl so I’m double charging you for one bowl. I never got chicken and steak in one bowl. The cashier said no you’re wrong, arguing with me when I clearly saw the guy out the steak in one bowl and chicken in another never getting any double servings. Then he finally fixed it but when I asked how much he just said this is the total. I got the reciept and got charged for the wrong thing he said I got smoked brisket and charged me for that and one chicken bowl. They just stared at me and didn’t do anything to fix it. Does that look like smoked brisket?

The meal, so sloppily prepared ! How about…..the crew is wearing gloves, but take those same gloves, clean off the counter, touch everything, including their hair & others places on their body, then want to use those same gloves to prepare your food. Also, the food trays are dirty, mixed with other food, that they won’t clean or replace. Just nasty & Incredibly unsanitary !!! Plus, joined with a nasty attitude, yea, I’ll choose another location.

The bright side, was the cashier. A young man from Columbia. You can tell he wasn’t raised by wolves, but by a decent family whom taught him how to conduct himself out in public & @ the workplace
