They lacked customer service and the food portions were very skimpy, but not for everyone. Because the person that was in front of me had a large portion and the person behind me had large portions, prepared by the same person. After leaving this restaurant I went to a different location and order The exact same thing. I was very pleased with my experience ( this was my usual place) But this location needs to be revamped, retained.

I recently ordered from the Chipotle in Tucker, Georgia (via Uber Eats) and unfortunately had one of the most disturbing dining experiences I’ve ever had. While eating my meal, I discovered fingernails in my food. This was not only disgusting but also traumatizing, as they ended up in my mouth before I realized what they were.
I immediately lost trust in the quality and safety of Chipotle’s food. I reached out through their website and customer service, but the response so far has been slow and generic. While Uber Eats refunded me for just one item, I feel my entire order—and the distress caused—deserves acknowledgment and full compensation.
Food safety should always be a top priority, and I hope Chipotle takes this matter seriously and reviews their practices at this location. No customer should have to go through something like this.

Stay very far away from this establishment. A couple hours after eating here I got a very bad case of food poisoning. It wasn’t until about 8 hours later that I was able to vomit the entire contents of my stomach. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Avoid this place if you care about your health!

The food is good but for the second time in a year the store had no forks. How can you run out of forks at a place like this? Who is in charge of inventory? Have they tried to eat a salad with a spoon? Perhaps you should try it and you will keep forks in stock.

I normally don’t post bad experiences but sometimes companies need to know that it’s bad so it can be corrected. I got to Chipotle after leaving church rehearsal around 10pm to order a bowl. They have the sides behind us and in front of us. So we can clearly see they have corn salsa available but it’s only available if we order online. So the gentleman in front of me asked for it & was told it’s for online customers only. I asked & the guy behind me asked as well. The guy in front of me wanted it so bad that he stopped and ordered his food online to get the same corn salsa that we were looking at.
Then, to add annoyance on top of it, the young lady serving my food was annoyed that we were asking about the corn salsa, so she didn’t pay attention to me stating that I wanted my sour cream on the side. So she put it on top. I live 20 minutes away so I like it on the side. I started to cancel the whole order but instead kept my food because I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. I was calm with the young lady & paused, took a deep breath & calmly finished my order.
I told her that the policy wasn’t her fault but it’s a bad policy to have. Instead of deprive customers that are in front of you of corn salsa, make enough for both paying customers in front of you and those online. It’s very bad customer service. Treat people how you’d want to be treated. Pic of sides behind the counter for takeout guests that we can see, since we didn’t order online.

This is a real food option restaurant. It has real beans, real proteins, and real vegetable options. It can be difficult to find real food and nutrients in choosing a fast meal. Homemade will always be supremely the best because you are in control of it, but the real world situation has us stopping for a fast meal or a ready-made meal. CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL is one of my go-to, when it’s an option when choosing where to dine.

My boyfriends bowl came with hardly any steak I don’t see any in his bowl. I put pictures of when he opened his bowl and after him digging around in it to find any steak. My salad didn’t come with the dressing (-which is the whole reason I get the salad and not the bowl bc the dressing is so yummy) .The cheese dip is chunky and cold and the chips (which they charge separately from the cheese dip for $2 ) were 1/4 of the bag it came in and sooooo stale – needless to say I wont be eating it … I used to LOVE chipotle but every time I go back I realize why I stopped going in the first place.. ):

I am very disappointed with my food at this location. I ordered 3 bowls spent over $50 and not one of the bowls had meat which I had to pay extra for and nothing. Then when I’m trying to contact the store my order is no longer showing up but I have 3 veggie bowls I didn’t order. I’m very upset to have my food delivered and it’s not what I paid for. I would recommend another location or go in person so you can watch them make your food.
