When I express my enthusiasm like this (note it), I must say that I absolutely adore Chipotle. It is my habitual choice for meals; perfect blend of healthycomfortfood. I appreciate the recent enhancements to the app and the immediate point deposits. However, I think I just discovered my preferred location (Smyrna). I have traveled throughout the state and sampled many locations, but this particular location all stars, had no lengthy wait times, all food was readily accessible, delicious in flavor, properly prepared, and accurately portioned according to my preferences. I would like to extend my gratitude to every staff member who worked today, on 10/27/25, at 4 PM. Truly AMAZING.

i ordered a burrito with chicken & extra chicken. i cut my burrito in half & bite one side & it was filled with just rice. no extra chicken in site. i called the store to try to get an understanding on what happened & no answer. this is unacceptable. hopefully someone can reach out after i leave this review! do better !

I always go inside and watch them make my order so its correct. Fresh, delicious meats, veggies, beans, and side items. Love the new high protein menu. You can order an extra side of meat too. This chain serves natural ingredients, not processed foods.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. I noticed the employee gave other customers generous portions of protein without charging extra, but when it was my turn, I received a smaller portion and was told I’d have to pay more for additional protein. Consistency and fairness in portion sizes should apply to all customers.

We have been coming to this Chipotle for a really long time. The past few months this place has gone down hill. I’m not sure who is managing this place on weekday nights but if someone doesn’t do something about it it will be closed soon. The service is HORRIBLE, they are so worried about closing duties that they let people wait for long periods unnecessarily. They laugh and joke all the time and people are waiting to order. It’s just not the same and it is disappointing. What happened to this store?.

Staff does not pay attention. Try to rush you out at the door without paying attention to how they make your meals and what you want worst location ever this is two minutes from my house, but I would rather drive 20 minutes to a different chipotle for better service the ladies have attitudes & the kitchen is always dirty. We ordered our food for pickup. The app stated the food would be ready by 12:20pm. I arrived at 12:25 giving them an extra 5 min just in case. I pull into the establishment with the drive thru wrapped around the building and the line inside almost going out the door. I understand chipotle is usually busy. The drive through line didn’t move for almost 5 min, so I decided to just pick it up inside. (It was raining, so I wanted to stay inside my car if I could). The inside was just as slow. It seemed very chaotic and understaffed. There were probably 7 people waiting to pick up and then of course the regular line. I felt bad for the workers. I waited over 40 min for my pick up order. Missed my lunch break window and was late going back. But I had already paid. When it was finally ready, when I took it back my coworkers order was incorrect. They didn’t offer any apologies or maybe just like a free bag of chips for the wait/inconvenience. I will be avoiding this chipotle establish. Especially for work lunches.

415p-ish 1/22 WtH!!!! OMG!!! WONDERFUL!!! This location provided me with the best tasting & temperature cooked steak EVER from a Chipotle location… I have in my years eaten at several & many Chipotle locations across the US… I am highly impressed… also the management is very friendly… & the skinny young man with the colored locs is very nice and well mannered during my visit… Amazing!!! I had to share the experience

Traveling from Atlanta to Nashville and decided to stop at Chipotle in Cobb Ave. and it was the right choice! The food was the freshest that I have ever had at a Chipotle location. The service was quick and the customer service was on point. I am a people watcher so I watched them as they quickly serviced those on the line as well as Door Dashers. Very impressive

On January 25, 2026, I ordered three double high-protein chicken burritos and was satisfied with the order. Based on that experience, I placed the same order again on February 14, 2026. However, one of the burritos was incorrectly prepared and filled with black beans instead of chicken. I discovered the mistake after returning home and was unable to come back to the store. I expect this issue to be addressed and a replacement for the incorrect burrito provided.
