0 stars… I was enjoying my bowl until I ate and pulled the longest strand of blond hair out of my mouth mid chew. I had already eaten about 1/4 of the bowl when I discovered it, I’m seriously sick to my stomach right now. The last time I visited this location, I received fatty undercooked meat, the food quality has really been on the decline…. this was the last straw for me.

My experience was OK, I can’t complain too much. The typical of what was expected, I appreciate the young lady fixing my meat with generosity as expensive as they are. You definitely want to get what you’re paying for and she did just that.

I came in around 6pm and while the food tasted good, the service was really uncomfortable. The first worker barely put any rice in my burrito and quickly pushed it down the line. When I was ordering the rest of my toppings, the next employee asked me in a condescending tone if I was going to get any more solids on my burrito. I said guacamole and cheese, and she laughed with another coworker while wrapping it, which was honestly embarrassing in front of other customers. I’ve never had a worker judge my order before lol. The burrito probably looked empty because the first employee barely put any rice and I asked for my chicken on the side. Overall just disappointed in the service.

I went to go get the new Al pastor chicken. The associates said we would have to wait ten minutes. We waited and came back in and it was still not done which is fine. We waited a little longer and it finally came out. The associate then started rushing. I watched the associate demolish a burrito because she couldn’t fold it. She tried once then she grabbed a second tortilla to wrap it in and it broke in the second one. The associate saw this and still wrapped it in the foil. This whole time she is huffing and puffing saying stuff under her breath. She finishes that and starts on my two bowls by that time another associate saw associate number one was frustrated so she started taking care of us. The associate was perfect until we got to the veggies where she just started throwing stuff. The whole counter was just full of just stuff they were throwing half of the other burrito and my veggies. The lettuce even fell in the queso. It just was a horrible experience because they were rushed. I understand it gets busy but that type of attitude shouldn’t be the way you take care of customers.

This is what I got for $27 on a DoorDash order. 3 pieces of chicken, maybe 4 pieces of lettuce and mostly the little bit of rice that couldn’t cover the bowl. Yes, this is the entire portion, I haven’t even taken a bite out of it. Like my fork?

Wow where do I start? How about don’t come here. I came tonight on 12/3/25 and stood in line for 20 min and couldn’t help but to notice the young guy on the line was super slow and leaving all the work to his worker. She ran the front, the cash register and also was running to the back while everyone stayed in their position. When I got to the front she lets me know they are out of chicken, pinto beans and white rice (mind you the pickup order line had all of that) so I wish she would have said that because I came there for chicken. As I was ordering they were scrapping the last of everything. I asked for a taco to go in a bowl and Lawrenceville charges for me for that. I said this many times to the white girl with ponytail and she proceeds as she understands.. when I was at the cash out part I had to wait additional time because a woman can e in for a gift card and she just checked her out without even saying sorry or excuse me.. so as I checked out she charged me for bowls.. I explained to her I order all the time like this and she said she had to charge me that way and offered to remake it and I let her know she didn’t even have anything left to even remake so I just left… this was poor management, poor staffing, poor observation to customers needs, poor communication and poor decision making as a whole.. I would fire them all just based off of what I experienced tonight. Go to sugarloaf chipotle. No long lines, no poor communication and the teamwork is precise.

I ordered a salad. All I asked for was lettuce, chicken. Sour cream and cheese. At 1145 there isnt even enough chicken to make a full scoop. I asked her for more she says its gonna be double chicken, fine but THERE ISNT EVEN ENOUGH TO MAKE FULL SCOOPS, you can literally hear her scraping the metal container. Instead of her saying let me get another pan of chicken. I paid for it and then thought about it and returned it and she was the manager on duty as she had to do the return. Her customer service was horrendous. Im calling the general manager.

This is a great easy spot to get food. Sometimes, they run out of certain items or have restrictions posted on the door. These last minute print outs as public announcements bother. Nevertheless, food is good and healthy. Service is usually quick. Wait line varies from time to time.

Very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Centerville Highway. I was told they were out of cheese for the main line, but while standing there I could clearly see they were still using cheese for mobile/online orders.
When I politely asked if I could get the same cheese they were giving to mobile orders, I was met with attitude and told “no, only if you order online.” That makes no sense and feels unfair to customers who are actually in the store.
If you have ingredients, they should be available to everyone—not just online orders. Poor customer service and a bad attitude ruined what should’ve been a simple visit.
