I love Chipotle and eat it all the time, but this location is ridiculous. The portions were literally HALF of what you get anywhere else. Barely any rice, barely any meat — the bowl was basically empty. We were served by a newer employee, and if she’s still in training, management needs to actually train people. And if she’s not new… that’s a serious problem. Charging full price for half a bowl is crazy. This isn’t portion control, it’s just cheap.

Love Chipotle. Always delicious and people working here is always charmingly talented and welcoming, but guys, save some salt please. Seriously, had chips in most of my orders and good lord, the chips are delicious, but that amount of salt can unalive the happiest sweetest person.

First off, I have never had to ask for more rice or beans. I can’t taste anything but rice and lettuce. They completely skimped on the steak and beans. I chose to get a water after finding it I had to pay extra for my water. Then on top of they did not put my bag of chips on my order. I was like hold up. Don’t I get chips. Come to find out, this specific location charges extra for the chips. Spent another $2.05 for a handful of chips. Never again will I pay almost $20 to get a bowl I had to ask them to fill up more and not get full because it’s mostly lettuce. Never will I go to another one and not get my chips included. I should have bought my own bag of chips. Do not recommend wasting your money at this particular location.

Shoutout to the manager Guillermo who helped me today — truly amazing service. My bowl had an issue with the queso, and he immediately stepped in, remade my bowl from scratch himself, and even gave me a complimentary side with the queso on the side to make it right. He was so kind, professional, and had the brightest smile.
It was his last day at the Alpharetta location, but he still went above and beyond. He’s moving to the Midtown location, and they’re lucky to have him. Definitely go see him there!

Skimpy on the meat servings for kids! Come on… fill the tray up people – at least to the top!!!
They also charged me $1.60 (x2) for a side of pico de gallo and shredded cheese. Might as well bought my 6 year old a bowl.
DONT buy a kids meal here!!! Dirty inside too. Ughh… we definitely won’t be back.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary. I know that chipotle will be hit and miss sometimes, but the bowl that I had today had absolutely NO flavor. I have never in my life had a bowl where everything was extremely bland. Even with the three sauces on top of the rice and chicken the food had no taste.

I come to this place at least 3 days per week and usually everything is ok. I don’t eat rice so I always order lettuce; today the guy took the lettuce from another container (not the one in the front). Once I was eating I realized it wasn’t the regular lettuce if not a weird mix that they never put in theirs bowls. And the pieces of normal lettuce were just the part that nobody eats. I ate as much as I could, because I had to work and i didn’t want to make a problem. This is so disappointed. Spending money in something that you didn’t enjoy because that unfriendly guy (who also left me stand there to serve to another client when my order wasn’t ready) didn’t do his job.

Kitchen manager, Elijah, and service manager, Logan, watched the new line member struggle to keep up while several customers waited 20+ mins for service. Elijah just walked back and forth on a personal casual call as Logan stood by watching until it was finally my turn in line and I asked for their names. They were not waiting food to be cooked or helping to clean. They weren’t doing anything productive to help in the moment. There is no excuse.

Its like this location is trying to speed run how to go out of buisness. They were out of half the food, but still expect you to pay full price. And the portions have gotten smaller and smaller and the price keeps going up. Doubt ill ever go back after my last experience.
