I’m a “super” Chipotle customer. I’ve been eating at Chipotles, in Georgia, 3-5 times a week for the last 17 years. So, I have a good idea of how they should operate. The atmosphere at this location is very pleasant and inviting. The staff is regularly nice, considerate and fairly quick. My go to order is 3 steak tacos. If you go there when Gibriel or Ram are working the grill, you could be in for a real treat with this order. Those two regularly make the best steak I’ve ever had at any location over these last 17 years.

I’m really disappointed in the quality of the food I purchased here. I paid $30 dollars for food to receive an empty kid’s meal tray. The rice was severely undercooked and had to finish cooking the spoonful of rice they gave. They were busy and pushing the line ahead to pay so I didn’t see what they put in the tray until we got home. Needless to say we didn’t have a great meal.

My first experience at Chipotle which will definitely not be my last – good food, fast service and value for money meals. The meats are such a delight. I tasted the beef, pork and chicken which were all Very flavorful and tender. Portion was surprisingly generous. I like the combination of beans, guacamole, sour cream, lots of cheese and the fresh lettuce salad. The mixing of all these together with the seasonings makes it a delicious and healthy meal.

I have came to this store couple times and never had an issue. I ordered food online like any other person and completely forgot hey you have a reward for a free drink just redeemed at the store. No problem right lol well this lady made it a problem when I just spent money only to pick up my food which is why I am here and now she’s saying you’ll have to buy something else to get a free drink LOL STRAIGHT DIABOLICAL RIGHT. Will never return to this store again thanks

Service has become very poor at this location lately. In the last 3 months I have ordered here 6 times. On two occasions I made it home to find that half of my order was missing. On three other occasions I was shorted a bag of chips.
Between the restaurant and online customer service experience, I plan to significantly reduce frequency at this location.

I frequent this Chipolte and usually like it very much . Today, the food in those pans was gross, bottom of pans and crusty!!! I had to request new pans of food. The girl put hot sauce on the bowl I didn’t want it on and kid in charge wanted to scrape it off. Cathay is unacceptable. The store had few people in it, plenty of staff, why wasn’t needed food ready? Customers were asking for things they had to wait for.
I’ve done food service for 25 years and no way would I try to serve that food .

ordered two bowls online when i got them one was ok there was little to no chicken and everything tasted try and unseasoned nothing seemed fresh. the other bowl i got was practically exploding it was disgusting the bowl was melting and it was wrapped in plastic wrap which was disgusting and very suspicious i didn’t let my daughter eat that it just looked so unclean and unappetizing i ended up trying to get a refund through the app because this was unacceptable and i was denied anyway never going again

My experience tonight was terrible. I’ve worked in many restaurants and have never seen anything like this location. They were out of white rice, fajita veggies, pico. My son ordered kids tacos and they asked him what sides he wanted but offered NOTHING in the taco! They want him to eat an empty taco??? When the person behind us had NO rice for their bowl the employee went to the curbside condiments area and stole their rice. When I asked him to get my pico from over there he said he couldn’t do that bc it wasn’t allowed. To add insult to injury, the soda fountain lemonade that I took to go was flat and out of syrup. How are you out of so much food at 8 pm when you are open until 11:00? What a disaster!!! Save yourself the headache and go to Twisted Taco across the street.

I live near by and I love chipotle, but it is just impossible to eat at this one. I keep trying to do take out from this place but the food is just everywhere, on the floor, on the counters and the tables are always dirty. How come they don’t do something about it? It is simple hygiene!!! Clean this place up and we will go back. It is pretty disgusting.
