This location was extremely dirty. I’ve never seen a Chipotle in this condition.
The dining area, drink station, and counter were all visibly unclean, with spills, debris, and food buildup. Even the grill area had food scattered everywhere.
I mentioned it to a staff member, and the response was, ‘It’s not that bad,’ even though the restaurant was not busy — I was the only person in line and only one person was dining in.
The level of mess made me question the overall food safety. I did not feel comfortable eating here based on what I observed.

I tried to just call to let them know some way some how my veggie bowl had pieces of chicken in it so they can get rid of what ever is contaminated because as u see i got a veggie bowl per my reciept. Nothing should have chicken in it.

Came in to order a bowl but they were out of both White Rice and Al Pastor Chicken. They were also out of steak which I did not order but another customer did. They went to the “To-Go” line and got steak from there but refused to get Al Pastor from there. I was told to wait 5 minutes and watched them cut it up, then was told I needed to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the next batch to be done because all of the Al Pastor they just made was going to the “To-Go” section. Upon asking why someone got steak from there but I was unable to get Al Pastor the manger (CJ) immediately got an attitude because I questioned why they would do that for another customer and not for me. CJ was very rude and matter of fact and instead of being understanding he was confrontational and short. I work 5 minutes down the road and visit this Chipotle 3-4 times a week but I have never seen CJ before nor have I ever been spoken to like that by any employee at this location other than him. I ended up leaving and wasting my lunch break writing this review. Terrible Customer Service on CJ’s part when the team at this Chipotle is usually very friendly and knows me well because of how often I visit. I do not know CJ’s position but no matter his title you should never treat customers like that. 0/10 if CJ’s working I’ll take my business elsewhere.

If your restaurant is going to be open till a certain time TAKE ORDERS TILL A CERTAIN TIME
Got told they were counting the cash at 9:50 so they couldn’t take my cash when they don’t close for over an hour. In my opinion that’s management deciding they don’t want my money and is enough for me to not give it to them anymore.
Fix this policy, you’re being ridiculous.
Employees always seem great but not letting someone buy food with over an hour left is just such a stupid decision to make.

I have tried reaching out to this store location 4 separate times and they never answer. I tried resolving my problem throughout the app and that was no use either. I ordered a pickup order and it set my location for pickup over 30 minutes away. When I called to change the location or cancel the order I found 0 assistance. I find it hard to believe that no one can answer the phone after 4 attempts in the middle of the day. Safe to say I will no longer be using chipotle let alone this horrible location

Last night I placed an order on the Chipotle app…simple right?? I ordered a chicken salad with brown rice no beans double chicken and corn salsa. Also ordered 2 large cups of queso and chips. I get home with my order to discover I had a bowl of rice chicken and corn no lettuce/spinach. Went back on the app to let them know about my order and they gave me a free entree, cool. Since I was full from my rice bowl I saved the queso and chips for later. Today I wanted queso and chips. When I heat up my queso, I heat it up for 30 seconds stir and put it back in the microwave to heat for another 30 seconds. While stirring my queso I found this. Had to put on gloves to rinse it off to see what it was because who knows?? Can someone pls tell me what the hell this foreign object is in my freakin queso????? This is so gross!!!! What type of E. coli cross contamination is going here. I just had to throw the whole cup away. I can’t with Chipotle anymore.

I work across street from this location. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week, have been dealing with a lot of in training employees and most of them don’t have the confidence on what they’re doing, always serving less food than the usual workers I see everyday working there. I feel like if they’re not confident enough on what they were trained to do they should find a different position besides making the plates. I get the same plate every time I’m there and every time the usual workers make my plate it’s always good and no issues but the “in training employees” have to pay attention and serve the right amount of food that we’re used to.

Poorly managed location. When I placed my order they realized there was no more brown rice and notified the person who was cooking. They said it would be about 10 minutes. I waited. When the rice was ready, I started my order again. Now, they were out of chicken, again they turn around to notify the person cooking. They tell me it would be about 15 minutes. Terrible. No one was 25 minutes to wait for their food at lunchtime. Communication when quantities are low would eliminate this problem.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. We placed an online order for Chipotlane pickup and showed up on time—only to be ignored. Three different employees saw us at the window and just walked by like we didn’t exist. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. We sat there for five full minutes before having to flag someone down ourselves.
Our order hadn’t even been started. Not only did we wait an additional 15 min for our 2 bows, we never got so much as an apology. Instead, the employee who finally brought our food acted like we were the inconvenience.
Then we get the food—and of course, it’s wrong. No lettuce, drowning in sour cream, totally slopped together like no one cared. For a place that charges what it does for “fast casual,” this was pathetic.
There were barely any customers inside and at least five employees walking around. Zero urgency. Zero professionalism.
Avoid this location unless you like being ignored, waiting forever, and getting the wrong food. An absolute joke.

This is my favorite chipotle location. Much better than the one in East Cobb. They greet you with a smile here and converse with you like an old friend. The food is phenomenal and they’ll stir the meat to coat it in juices if you ask. I got a steak bowl with everything on it. The Mandarin Agua Fresca tea nearly put me into a coma. I used to work at a chipotle where the manager’s were fired for embezzlement, so I know a thing or two. I can say with certainty this is a well run establishment. There is limited parking but it is easy to walk across the street. The outdoor patio is well maintained and pleasant. The indoor seating is clean and ample.
