I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle.
I ordered only a Carne Asada Salad, but I was charged $28.51 — which included a Carne Asada Burrito and Chips that I never ordered.
When I went back to fix it, the staff was rude and only refunded a Carnitas Burrito ($10.71) that wasn’t even on my receipt.
I’ve decided not to continue with the refund — it’s not worth the stress.
But please, if you visit this location, always check your receipt carefully before you leave.

This is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a bad review, but today my patience ran out.
My husband went to buy a burrito for me since I wasn’t feeling well enough to go myself. Today was one of those days when I was really looking forward to my husband coming home with dinner because I was starving, and it turns out that when we tried to eat my burrito and my son tried to eat his kids’ meal, we realized it was impossible to eat because the white rice was undercooked. It’s unacceptable that this happened. I feel very angry and disappointed with this location in Lilburn because I’ve had problems with their service before.

Absolutely disgusting. I just ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and the food is unbelievably salty—completely inedible. The chicken is drenched in salt. On a Thursday evening, there’s no way I’m sitting in traffic just to return bad food. What a waste. Terrible experience. I’ve heard people say Chipotle’s food quality has gone downhill, but I didn’t expect it to reach this new low. Do better.

When ordering for pickup at the drive-thru, be sure to open and check your bag to confirm that everything you ordered is included. I ordered a bowl, a burrito, and two soda drinks. When I arrived at the window, the staff member quickly handed me the bag and shut the window. Since I ordered multiple items and the bag felt very light, I opened it and found only the bowl inside.
I called her back to the window to ask for my burrito and drinks. She seemed unaware of the mix-up and then handed me the burrito and drinks, which were already made with my name on them but had not been added to my bag with the bowl. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t check the bag, which was taped, and just drive off.
I’m sure this happens frequently with Uber Eats pickups because drivers typically don’t open the bags to confirm what’s inside. I recommend staying away from this branch or, at the very least, checking your order before driving away.

This location is the absolute worst! They give you the smallest portion ever! But if you’re Hispanic, your experience is completely different. I recorded it multiple times where the Hispanic customer would get extra scoops and excellent customer service but it would switch up almost immediately when “others” food was prepared. After recording it several times I then told the worker that I had expected the same service as everyone else. I got a nasty look and I have NOT gone bs k since. I actually drive 10 extra minutes away to go to another location! If you’re not Hispanic, save yourself the discrimination encounter and go elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusted with the service here (Saturday Feb 1st around 1200). Asked worker to change gloves due to severe food allergy, which never has been a problem at Chipotle before. The worker stared at me blankly as I asked three times, then shrugged, rolled her eyes, and then came back (not sure if gloves were changed). Worker then proceeded to give me less food than I’ve ever gotten at Chipotle, and ignored my requests for certain foods (i.e. rice, beans), and just put what she wanted in the bowl. The other worker at the end took over halfway through, and luckily actually gave me some food, but still ended up with only half a bowl.
And, to boot, food was cold and bland.
Don’t come to this location. Across the street there is an excellent Indian kebab shop, there’s also a Hispanic grocery store called Talpas that serves plenty of food, if you’re looking for something.

Everyone there is extremely rude. They will charge you for items you didn’t order and sometimes even overcharge you if you ask for extra rice. They claim it will cost extra, and if you order a side, they’ll charge you for that as well. Please avoid this Chipotle.

The guacamole I ordered was hard. Either it was in a fridge too long and not fresh or it was unripe avocados. I asked for replacement and it was the most bland guacamole ever had. With my burrito bowl, the container with grilled peppers/onion was out. I asked if they had more and she simply said the were out. I asked if they can get some more and she walked around the corner and came back with some. Lack of desire to actually provide service was such a turn off.
