This was absolutely the worst experience that I’ve ever had within any of their establishments. I literally just left this location (it was 10:58am).

I was the first customer of the day so one would think that they would be ready. Not this location. The location opened at 10:45am; I walked to the door around 10:50am only to find it locked. Mind you, I arrived about 10 minutes early because I initially was going to place a curbside order (thankfully I didn’t). The crew members were looking at me standing at the door as if they didn’t know what to do. After a few minutes, one of the crew members opened the door and was apologetic citing that “they were still opening and getting things together.” The store opens at 10:45am and should be open for service. Everything should already be ready.

I walked in, chairs are still on top of the tables, someone’s dirty apron was on top of one of the tables, crushed tortilla chips from the previous day were littered on the floor throughout the area. Out of 6 crew members, one was apologetic and even when he expresses apologies, he seemed as if he was almost embarrassed and didn’t know what to do.

All of the items were not available in making the meals. The items that were out were from the previous day and hadn’t been stirred. It looked old. It actually made me nauseous. The only item that was “fresh” was the white rice. It was only but so fresh because the gentleman who was stirring the “fresh” rice had no gloves on. He dropped the small dish that the rice came in within the large bowl that he was stirring in. He then goes to get an oven mitt (I take it because it was hot- still no gloves though) and continues to stir. He then touches his face and commences stirring. I’m so grossed out at this point that I almost walk out.

The crew member who assisted me (the one was initially embarrassed) was nice. No other crew member seemed to be in a rush or have a little pep in their step to bring the restaurant up to par in preparation of serving customers. It seemed as if I intruded on their day.

In checking out, I took the two business cards that were available (one for the general manager-Lorena and the field leader-Eduardo). Once I paid for my bowl and got into my car, I immediately called Eduardo. Although it sounded as if he was busy, he spoke with me and heard my concerns. He then stated that this location was not in his district but that he would speak to the appropriate individuals and would contact me back. Again, grateful that he answered the call and took my complaint but why would this location have another field leaders information available that isn’t in the same area of their responsibility?

This location hasn’t even been here a year and their rating isn’t the greatest. I should’ve checked the rating before coming but didn’t because I thought that I knew of the standards that the corporation holds themselves accountable to and for. Not this location.

I will not ever come back to this location. If I do, it’s to receive my money back. I couldn’t even finish my food because of how grossed out I was.

Tread lightly if you make the decision to come here. They might as well shut down and relocate because this isn’t it.

I had a very bad experience at this Chipotle. The food I received was not only undercooked, but also extremely salty. When I asked them to replace my bowl, they refused at first and treated me poorly. In the end, they made me pay for a new bowl instead of fixing their mistake.

This is unacceptable customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handle them makes all the difference. Very disappointed.

First time to Chipotle. I see the masses go to lunch. Not fresh as advertised in general as everything was at bottom of pans. Guacamole was nice but average. Seems going after lunch is not a good time to visit at around 2:15pm. Staff did not really care about helping customers other than 1 young man that helped the majority of customers while other staff had lunch or avoided customers with cell and text. Dinning room was filthy, trash cans running over, metal pizza tray had melted cheese from previous customer or two… at $18 to $20+ for Burrito and drink… not worth it at this location to many other dining choices for better quality food and service at the same price point. Staff at tire shop said I should have visited real Mex Restaurant in same shopping center. Yes, see pics, I actually visted this location. We’ll, live and learn, as I have wanted to try Chipotle for some time now. The pic is because the young lady at cash register did not provide receipt with walking off to answer text msm and have her breaktime. Fortunately, the first and last time!

This place is so bad. Chipotle in general has gone downhill and this location has never been good. Employee attitudes are the worst. I come in smiling and enjoying my day and they are not pleasant or care to make orders correct or with fresh food. Bins full of old, dried up food. Not clean. Ordered two burritos, one made like a small melon the other barely the size of a banana. So many bad reviews since they opened and no improvement. I am the crazy one thinking they will get better, but will no longer eat at any Chipotle because of this location.

This place is gross! I have been in a few times and they are out of food with none on the way. The prep station is dirty, meat looks old and dry and all the topings are mixed together. I was in there tonight and the server making the food used dirt gloves with holes in them to make my food. I watched him use the cash register with the gloves and and then make my food. Be careful eating here, cleanliness is not top on their list.

Big scammers. They ran out of beef barbacoa while filling my bowl and said sorry and filled the rest with carnitas and then charged me for full beef barbacoa. I asked them if I should really be charged that if they couldn’t give me full beef barbacoa and they said yes you have to pay it… pretty sure that goes against BBB…

I ordered a chicken burrito which was very enjoyable. I wish they added more chicken but there is an additional charge for that. The team was cleaning while I was their which reassured me that Chipotle was keeping it clean. I will also do I actually received a good amount of chips which so look forward to with the Queso.

Received messed up drive thru orders twice, please work on accuracy.

Went again because it’s the closest chipotle to me, haven’t had issues with drive thru orders recently but today we went inside and the attitude was crazy! It was every single person working today! I left feeling overwhelmed and like I was the problem and my husband said they were on one today so it made me relieved that it wasn’t just me! The whole line of service was awful, I asked for a quesadilla and the girl gave me a taco sized tortilla o was confused because I KNOW that’s not the size of the quesadilla, I’ve ordered it plenty of times, when I questioned myself and if she heard me right she told me it was correct. I asked various questions like is that the largest tortilla option? She said yes and I triple checked we were on the same page thinking something had to be wrong here but she was very adamant it was the size for the quesadilla. When I told her I don’t want it then, she threw the plate that holds the sizes back with the other plates with exasperation. I asked VERY KINDLY for a bowl and apologized to each server and it was just wild I asked for a little sour cream at the end and got a LARGE dallop. At that point I was over it and ready to go

PERHAPS the person who came back and said there order was wrong to the person at the register messed up the atmosphere for them? I’m not sure I’m trying to understand, especially because the person who remade his order at the drive thru food making spot gave him attitude too. We’re moving this week so I’m glad I won’t have to come to this chipotle ever again.
