Very disappointing experience ☹️ 2405 Salem Rd I got there only four people ahead of me… Not bad until the person before me asked for white rice
The crew member announced..we’re out and it’ll be about a half an hour because we have to make some… This was 8:03 p.m. I was getting two bowls I did not want brown rice. I’ll go take a walk and come back (get some steps in ‍♀️☺️)
Well, I came back at 9:27 -now six people ahead of me &
The crew member announces we’re out of cheese and guacamole …
* I had no words . *

Okay I go down the road to the Hwy 138 location… A longer line…3 minutes on, a crew member says “We are out of Batbacoua & chips.”
A crew member went over to the online station and was told he could not have anything from that station.
As I watched crew members barely place a full spoon of any option on each order
I wondered ..both locations are open until 11:00 p.m. and so it’s unclear why they would run out…
Except for staffing.. people are not going to work!??
Not sure the pay rate
But I am sure that a contingency plan should be in place… .
These are both very busy heavily populated areas – I recommend owners consider this. I like Chipotle, I want to support my local restaurants…

I visited around 9:15 PM (store closes at 11 PM). After waiting about 10–15 minutes in line, we were informed there was no white rice, no fajitas, no chips, and no visible meat cooking on the grill.
Within a short span, two customers left the line after hearing items were unavailable, and another customer sat down waiting while production stalled. It was clear the employees on shift were covering multiple roles and doing their best, so this did not feel like a lack of effort. It felt like a staffing and late-night production planning issue.
Running out of staple items nearly two hours before closing. Especially rice and chips. This not only impacts the customer experience but likely results in lost sales when guests choose to leave or go to another nearby location.
If the store is open until 11 PM, it should be operational close to that time. I hope leadership reviews staffing and forecasting to better support the team and prevent repeat situations.

I keep coming to this Chipotle because it’s the closest one to my house, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I visit, they’re out of multiple items even when I come hours before closing and there’s no effort to restock or make more.

Tonight, I was told they were out of guacamole. I asked if there was any available on the to go side, and the Hispanic girl that works there told me I’d need to place a to go order for guacamole even though I was already in the store ordering and paying for my meal.

The restaurant isn’t clean, and the customer service is poor. The issues here seem to be ongoing and match what others have said.

8:40 pm. They close at 11:00 pm. They are out of fajitas (sautéed onion, green pepper) corn and guacamole. They had no intention on making more. Why? There’s time! They ran out of guacamole before my eyes but the other two apparently had been out. Fajitas container clean. Literally clean. Corn: a few kernels at bottom so perhaps that was more recent. Whatever the case this is EXTREMELY poor service. After you wait in a long line, you are unaware until you get up there and they’re in the process of making your food. If you’re not going to make the customer experience pleasant by providing regular menu items, then put a sign on the door, or at your own discomfort, blurt it out every few minutes as customers come in and your line lengthens. Does management read comments or look at ratings because your location has failed! And yes other customers are correct when they say portion size is smaller at this location as well. Even the salad dressing was less than half full. If you weren’t a nationally known corporate establishment but a small business, you would have failed or be going out of business in the next few months. Besides staff that doesn’t appear to care and not the first time this situation occurred, provide a solution and train them on what to do because “oh well” is not it. I pass Wesley Chapel and 138 before Salem. So glad those locations are more accommodating.

This is hand down the best chipotle on the east side of town from service customers service and the actual taste of the food. I will drive all the way to exit 84 just to eat there food they need a higher rating, their current rating doesn’t reflect them at all.

UPDATE !!!!

I gave them another chance recently and I can say I was not disappointed. My bowl was sooooooo goood and full.
The pick up process is alil confusing wasn’t sure if I should wait in line or by the empty pick up area I assumed my food wasn’t ready whole time they place them behind the counter . Which I get cause ppl steal but maybe put a sign by the pick up area that says “ stand here “ and a rep will be with you shortly or something. Other than that everybody be in there hustling. Give em grace

Past review : This was my first time ever ordering chipotle and I can say I have more questions than satisfaction. For one I downloaded the app and utilized my free guacamole award .. its on my app receipt but was not on the receipt on the bag so therefore the restaurant did not provide my guac . I also ordered the chicken bowl and thought the sauce and tomatoes lettuce etc was gonna automatically come with the bowl … but I guess not .. the white rice , chicken and cheese was good but it was alil disappointing without the guac or even other things included with it. I tried to contact help through the app and pepper couldn’t help me because my guac wasn’t included in the overall receipt even tho it says it on the receipt app . So confusing .. don’t think I’ll order from chipotle again. I also went to the drive thru and sat for a minute they were prolly busy inside idk but I don’t really have anything not so great to say about the crew members. My review is for the app process only

I ordered through the Chipotle app and when I arrived, my order had already been given to someone else. Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff and manager flat-out refused to remake my food.
The manager claimed there was “no evidence” they gave my order to the wrong person, then tried to say someone else had my exact same order. Okay… so who is this mystery person? And where is their order then? Because it clearly wasn’t mine I never received anything.
So let me get this straight:
Chipotle gives my paid order to someone else, and I’m expected to just accept that and leave hungry? Absolutely unacceptable. No accountability, no customer service, and no common sense.
If you order through the app, don’t expect your food to be there or the staff to help if something goes wrong. I paid for food I never received, and the manager couldn’t have cared less.

so the portions are alittle on the smaller side compared to the 138 however this location is new so there is going to be some ups and downs until it becomes more seasoned. also the portions size is great for me anyways and the brown rice is actually cooked thoroughly at this location vs 138. overall everything was to be expected.

This was my first time going in there and this is what they did with my order despite charging me for things they didn’t even give me. I asked for queso but didn’t give it to me yet charged me for it and then I asked for sour cream on the side but they gave me salsa on the side and didn’t even put corn as they said they didn’t have it. The girl in there was rude as well. I am never going to this location again. I am not willing to go somewhere where my money is not worth spending bc guess what money certainly doesn’t go on trees and I am not paying for things I don’t get. The 138 location is way better when it comes to customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service! Also they barely put any rice in there
