We approached this Chipotle with fear and trepidation because of the reviews, but it was close to the hotel. All in all, the food was good, the chips were not stale, and the staff was friendly.
I will echo some of the review complaints. We ordered pick up, and when we arrived it wasn’t ready. We got it 10 minutes later than the promised time. Also, they did skimp on the meat. My chicken soft tacos were full, but a little light on the chicken. My son’s double meat burrito was a light on chicken for double meat. I have found that when restaurants skimp on serving size it is typically not the server’s fault. It is management directing them to cut back on portion size. When the servings are consistently small then it is a directive by the manager, not a random employees fault.
Please give your customers what they are paying for, or they will go somewhere else.

Visited on Sunday for dinner and the guy over the counter said that they are out of fajita onions n bell peppers. The stations wasn’t clean and the guy who served us also didn’t serve it well. No proper greeting to customers. The food was ok but not up to the mark as the chicken wasn’t very tasty as always.

In my 3rd attempt to go to this chipotle, I was yet again disappointed. The first time, out of tortillas. The second time, out of guac, sour cream, tortillas (again) and fajita veggies. This time, my wife orders a salad like usual and the person serving her didn’t think to mention that they were out of salad dressing, that literally comes with a salad, guac and rice. I don’t understand how this location is constantly that behind on orders or prep. As a Chipotle lover, the constant disappointment from this location deters me from chipotle completely as a brand.

Ordered catering from this location and had the worst experience. I work for a company down the road from this location and ordered a large catering order for an afternoon event we were having days in advance. The time, day and confirmation had been set so there could be no confusion the day of. Not only was the order HALF AN HOUR late which is absolutely ridiculous for an order with a set delivery time but all of the food was a wreck. Not only this but then we didn’t even get what we ordered?! We paid extra for steak and they changed it with chicken… Not to mention after all of this the food was COLD! And as if this was enough, they very clearly state they would provide utensils to serve and eat enough for the amount of people we paid for and we received NONE. We had people leave because the food was late and they were hungry AND because the food looked absolutely disgusting in appearance while we had to try and salvage what we could from most plates being spilt out. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself the headache, stress and utter embarrassment.

Love going to chipotle, unfortunately staffing shortages and lack of organization and cleanliness to dine-in was a big turn-off. Bathrooms were unclean and garbage cans overflowing. Dining tables were dirty with left over food. Hopefully chipotle will take this seriously and fix the dine-in experience and maintain sanitary conditions.

I visited this Chipotle on November 26, 2025, because of a promotion that was announced by the company via email. The offer clearly stated that it would be available from 4:00 pm until the store closed. I arrived at 8:20 pm and, to my surprise, the staff told me that the promotion had ended at 8:00 pm. They also mentioned that there was no rice left and that they would not be making any more for the rest of the day.
This experience left me wondering whether it was misleading advertising or simply an issue with the store’s management. Either way, it was disappointing to receive information that contradicted what Chipotle had officially communicated.
I believe the store should review its internal communication and inventory management to avoid confusion and ensure customers can trust the promotions that are advertised.
