There is no consistency at this location. The food portions and quality of cooked items are never the same each visit. The sitting area is always dirty, the trash cans are always full, and the condiments/utensils are randomly available. The drive through service is worse and our meal today was the worst experience by far (after multiple visits over the past 8 months). Our food is cold and barely put together. The portions are very lacking and I wouldn’t even say this is half of the normal scoop they use. I could not even find the meat that was ordered in my bowl. The kids meals had barely any beans or rice put into each container and the quesadillas were cold. My husband’s extra tortillas were not warmed at all. Since we’ve been going here, we were told they had begun to focus on consistent portion sizes and this is definitely not the experience we’ve had.
Sadly this is the worse Chipotle we’ve been too and we won’t be going back anymore.

Super disappointed in my kids order today and then the customer service at the window when we picked it up.
The build your own taco was a veggie taco with queso, beans and Pico and the queso was nearly empty! We get no meat as one of the sides, so this being skimmed on is ridiculous!
Then, the chips were over cooked and the bag had basically 10 chips in a regular size bag and the salsa was less than half full! So paying $2 for that is crazy!
Finally, to top it off, when we picked it up, the person at the window argued with us about our drink and said we didn’t have one, yet the kids meal comes with it.

*BUYERS BEWARE*
I went to Chipotle on Robert Smalls with a friend and when I paid for my bowl, they wrote b and g on the lid for my barbacoa and guac.
When my friends food was being rung up, l noticed (who I’m guessing is the manager) didn’t write on the lid but told the cashier it was double meat.
So now I’m watching to see what happens with the next bowl and again, she didn’t write on the lid and this time I watched the cashier ring up extra meat.
So I kindly let him know that neither of those were supposed to be extra meat. He quietly asked the manager and she quietly responded that’s considered extra and this is what he told me.
I responded “but we didn’t ask for extra meat on either of those”. Then I watch the manager ask the boy who put the meat if we asked for double meat and he said no so they removed the charges from the bill…
I already know any Chipotle you go to will try and give you the bare minimum amount of food, but to try and sneak charges while people aren’t paying attention is unacceptable and people should know this is happening.

Paid $15 plus tip for a bowel that looks like its already been eaten.
Would not recommend going through anything but in person ordering before you get shorthanded.

Walked in to manager yelling at employees in front of staff and customers. The eating area was dirty, the food served was awful. The lady making the burrito was nice. Steak burrito was like meat flavored bubble gum. Girlfriend has a citrus allergy and never been there. Chips almost killed her during her reaction from it. (No allergy warnings anywhere?) Been to many different Chipotle locations but this one is by far the worse I’ve ever been to.

I went to this location for a bowl, and they didn’t have any napkins on the sauce counter. When I went back to ask them for napkins, a guy pulled out a torn package from under the food counter, and as he placed it on the counter right next to the food, dozens of roaches of all sizes came out. It was extremely disgusting. I love Chipotle’s food, but this place was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant chain.

For starters…. Management should NOT yell at employees when there are customers in the store! The lady who made our food was terrific! That’s why service is the 5 stars. A warning must be that food may be cooked with lemons or limes, for people with citrus allergies. I know it’s rare, but it’s an allergy. Because of the Management and my allergy, I will NOT be coming back. It wasn’t for the quick thinking of my boyfriend and his driving, I would not be here.

Obviously newer management. I have ALWAYS, at every Chipotle, gotten a small side of cilantro, including at this location, and the manager told me flat out no.
Then, to top it off, the chips are burnt/over-cooked and are lacking salt!

I’ve never left a review before but I’ve been to this chipotle 3 times and every time the portions have been astronomical. May be a some food on the floor or a grumpy employee but when they hand you a bowl that weighs 3 pounds none of that matters.
