I usually order from this location if not once a week at least once every two weeks. This is is the second time in a row I have ordered from here and they through the food together sloppy and also drenched both burrito bowls in hot salsa which I didn’t order on my order at all. The order was two identical burrito bowls with steak (extra portions) and neither of them were that of which I was charged for or that I ordered. I also ordered a large queso cheese dip with chips and the size that was provided was that of a small or regular I suppose but not a large by far. Also the chips were very stale as well. The bowls were filled to the rim with white rice not brown rice that I ordered. But if I wanted an all white rice bowl this would have been the perfect go to dish. However again this is not what I ordered paid for or expected from this reputable restaurant. Service is getting worse slowly but surely over time. It gas definitely declined over the last several months.

Used to be my favorite. Lately the staff doesn’t seem happy to be there. Last night the meal preparer rushed my order so fast I wanted extras and then she shut the lid when I wanted extra lettuce. I complained to the cashier but he just excused her behavior away. I asked for quac and chips ….and they forgot the chips…had to remind them. When I got home chips were all burned. Last 2 times chips were stale and they were out of ingredients when I only get 3 vegetarian ingredients and didn’t even offer a discount. Their parking area is almost always empty as is there restaurant. I don’t think they will last much longer.

We arrived on April 30, 2023. There were plenty of employees inside the restaurant. As soon as we walked in, nobody was in line and the restaurant only had five customers sitting at tables around. They refused to take our order and told us that we had to order online and they would not take our orders in person. I have never known a restaurant to not let you order in person and put people that ordered online in front of actual customers that arrived to eat in person. While driving away, we saw 6 other customers turned away because of the same reason. I can’t believe that instead of telling customers that there is a wait time that you would turn them down. As we left the restaurant the young girls began to laugh loudly. Hum..

Food can be a bit bland at times if you order the wrong thing, but the employees are usually nice, and it’s relatively quick and cheap for the amount of food you’re getting. As far as atmosphere… I don’t think you’re really meant to eat in, but you can.

I came here and asked for queso but it was down to the very bottom & the guy tried to scrape it off the sides to give me queso. When I got to the cash register, I told them that I didnt want the bottom of the queso that had been scraped off and was hard. The kind lady cashier did not charge me for it and was extremely nice about the situation. Not even 5 minutes, she brought us a cup of fresh hot queso and stated the manager was giving it to us because of what happened. They made sure we were very well taken care of & had a great dining experience. The store area was very clean and well kept. Both the lady cashier and manager were amazing. I will always come back to this location because of this. Customer service and experience gets a 10/10 for this chitpotle!

Bad experience for a first time visit. Fellow nurse and myself ordered lunch online. Very excited and hungry. Went to pick up. Wish I looked at this disgusting sight before coming back to work. It appears someone dipped into my coworkers food. Her and I have called at least 4 times. No answer. This is absolutely disgusting and we’ve both lost our appetite. Still attempting to call. No answer. Only a robot. Says restaurant is busy. Weird because there was only 2 customers including myself. This is unacceptable to say the least. Back on the floor with a growling stomach. I’ll try to call again when I get off work. Hopefully someone will answer.

Gave it 2 stars because of the guac. Rice hard and I’ve been to other Chipotle’s and they give you a decent amount of food. This establishment gives you a scoop. I tried twice. I’ll stick with Moe’s. The guac was delicious both visits. I guess the peppers n onions had spicy. Everyone can’t eat spicy foods. There should be a selection for those people.
