This was my favorite spot to eat, but after today. The only place that was clean here was the women’s restroom(1 stall). Horrible parking lot, dirty floors, dirty glass barriers doesn’t look like it was cleaned in months. Food all over the floor, on the serving counters on both sides, in the dining area floors and in the kitchen area, overfilled trash, dirty, filth everywhere. After referring my mom to this place, I wouldn’t eat here again! NO ONE SEEMS TO CLEAN UP AROUND HERE?! . Where’s the manager? Only 2-3 people working and no one seems to care about presentation of this restaurant. DOES MCDONALD’S KNOW? CHIPOTLE IS A MCDONALD’S CHAIN! DID YOU KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THEY KEEP THIS PLACE? SEE PICS! Food was so-so. Why is the guac stiff and not really guac? It’s more like cut up avocadoes. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. NOT COMING BACK UNTIL I SEE CHANGE! NO MILITARY DISCOUNTS!

First the good. Food freshness and quality was off the chain good. But then at $32 for 2 bowls it should be. I told the server it was my first time in a Chipotle. He said just tell me what you want. What I thought watching a customer in front of me fill their bowl up it was one price for whatever you want. I learned at the register how wrong I was. My last observation was the floors needed sweeping and some tables needed cleaning hence the 4 for atmosphere. Not a lot of parking and hard to get out onto the street because of the light.

I come here every now and then after work. Very quick and friendly service! Ingredients are always fresh, and if anything is out of stock there are multiple notes to let you know. Delicious food, and the portions are very generous. Best place to treat myself after a closing shift!

I’m genuinely fed up with this Chipotle location. I don’t understand how ordering a quesadilla ends up being a bowl of slop. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, and it’s honestly frustrating. I ordered through Uber Eats, and once again, they’ve completely missed the mark. I used to work at Chipotle and managed digital orders myself, so I know how it works. There’s no way a quesadilla should end up as a bowl. It feels like they’re not even trying anymore, and it’s disappointing to see them treat customers this way.

As a college student, I like to treat myself when I’m having a tough week, but this just made things worse. I spent my hard-earned money, and all I wanted was a meal, or at least something close to what I ordered. Instead, I got an inedible meal with no food to eat tonight. It’s frustrating and feels like they just don’t care. Thank you to this Chipotle location for constantly ruining my orders and disappointing me.

My husband went in to get our order and one of the workers behind the counter did a full split. Very impressive but I think things like that should be done at home or somewhere other than a professional workplace where you are handling people’s food. Does not make me want to order from there again, I guess we will start going to Diablos now instead.

I waited fifteen minutes for a burrito bowl because the staff was busy getting ready to get off their shift, on their phones, and sweeping rather than taking care of a customer. I felt completely invisible. The only person working was the gentleman cooking the chicken. I won’t make the mistake of going here again.

The past two times I’ve paid for double meat at this location, I’ve gotten the same sad little scoop they always throw on. Last time when I got it home, I pulled out every piece of chicken and weighed it on a food scale… 2.7 ounces. That’s not “double.” That’s barely “acceptable.”

I also ordered fajita veggies and ended up with a bowl that was 80 percent rice and 20 percent anemic chicken. Done wasting my money here. Not coming back.

Portion size was underwhelming…..ordered double meat and it looks as a regular portion of meat I would normally get prior to today. Customer service was uninviting and my coworker (which this was her first time) felt rushed and not helped. They also left off my other coworker (who ordered online) queso cheese. The short little white guy with the blonde hair needs to be replaced with someone who enjoyed their job. Prior to today, I have always had a great experience there from the customer service to the food, portion size and cleanliness. This experience today didn’t gain them a new customer and disappointed two frequent customers.

Absolutely disgusted!!! Ordered from here tonight. The food was pretty decent and I was overall enjoying my burrito. However as I was eating I pulled a long black/dark stand of hair out of it!! My son and I had already eaten half. Hair nets definitely need to become a thing!!! Never again!!!

Unacceptable experience! I tried calling about a simple order question, got stuck in an 8-minute AI nightmare on repeat (“Why are you calling” ), asked for corporate contact to complain, got transferred to a store phone that rang into a voicemail black hole needing an access code . Fix the app, add order notes, or staff the phones – basic customer service!
