I absolutely love this chipotle location. I’ve gone here several times and my food has always been great. The staff is very friendly and kind. Their portions are amazing and overall the food is tasty! I usually get the Chicken Burrito Bowl, with white rice. So good! Even after a long day at work, they still greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this location.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I paid for double chicken and double steak which added an additional $8 to my bowl and the portion sizes were shockingly small. If I’m paying extra for protein, I expect to actually receive double protein, not skimpy scoops that barely cover the bottom of the bowl.
This is not the first time this location has been inconsistent with portions, but this visit was especially frustrating. The bowl was noticeably light, even with extra fajita veggies and other toppings added. It simply did not reflect what I paid for.
If customers are being charged premium prices, the portions should match the cost. Right now, it feels like customers are being overcharged and underserved.
I hope management takes a serious look at portion control and training at this location, because this experience was unacceptable.

New location opened up today. Very clean. Great customer service and food tastes great. Plenty of vegan options.
**Update: While the first day was great, after that things started going downhill. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order online to pick up. If you do, then pick up your order an hour later than the time you requested. Because they’re always behind on online orders. Also, the restaurant is not as clean as it was the first day. Tables, counters and condiment/utensil area is dirty. There’s no one cleaning the dining area at all. Maybe due to short staff? I vote that they promote Aimee Mejia to be the new manager.

This is probably the best chipotle in the area and the staff is nice but they are always closed before 11 even though it says they’re open. I have tried to walk in numerous times at 10:40 or even 10:30 after the gym and they already have the doors closed. I talked to one of the employees and he was super nice about it but it’s still annoying as hell. He said the manager there closed early but I’m just wondering if it’s still considered closing early if it’s never open when they’re supposed to be.

The frustrating thing is I’m paying for my food. But when there’s a few pieces of dry chicken on the bottom of the container that I’ve been sitting there for God knows how long; why should this be served to me? Why should workers be offended if I ask them for freshly cut chicken? As a paying customer, shouldn’t I have the right to get what I want? Fresh food? (This is the reason chipotle has issues with E. coli. Because they serve food that has been standing for way too long). At the end of the day I will never step foot into this chipotle. I would rather drive two more minutes down the road and get my food from cava.

My mother and I had a day from hell!! Walking into this location was nothing shy of refreshing and well worth the trip! Walking in and being greeted by matching smiles was crazy!! Arianna has a TOP SHELF STAFF in that of: Caleb, Josalynn, Trinity, Isiah. A little kindness goes a long way… you never know what a person is dealing with, BE KIND! NuffCed. This location is pretty good when ordering in-store. They usually do a good job. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is they are out of onions & peppers consistently, usually on the weekends. But, it is a decent Chipotle compared to other locations.

Place is Dirty. Sticker at the door states “A” rating??? Tables, chairs , drink station carpet, walls all of them so dirty.
This is a food place common sense will be appreciated. Service can be more welcoming, 2 out of 3 are sounding angry not pleasant. No wonder their rating is 2.4 stars.

Reading some of the prior reviews would have lead me to believe I was going to have a bad experience. Just ordered on the app after working and before I went to grocery shop.
Pictures up my online order and didn’t have to wait, the store was clean and the staff was friendly.
Decided to eat In store and had a fine experience. Actually one of the cleanest Chipotle locations I have been too. Maybe they cleaned up their act from prior reviews ♂️.
Whatever the case, I would definitely return. Love they have Vegan options for those that desire them. Thanks for a great lunch!
