I ordered the chipotle build your own meal that is supposed to feed 4-6 people. The portion sizes of the chicken, rice, and beans was absolutely pathetic. The containers were not even closed to being filled. There was only a thin layer of chicken that was probably only 2 scoops. It would have been a better deal to order individual bowls. Very misleading

I can’t recommend this Chipotle enough! We walked in literally right before closing, and even though they were about to shut down, the staff still welcomed us with a smile and served us quickly and efficiently. The manager was incredible—so kind, generous, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and that we felt valued as customers. Amazing service, amazing people, amazing experience. First time at Chipotle the other night and wow — the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and in abundance. I’d give it 5 stars if they offered Crispy flour tortilla taco salad shells along with their bowls (I’d eat there at least once a week!). The young lady behind the counter on 1.13.26 was 10 stars – friendly, professional, truly a shining star! We will definitely be back again soon.

Came in, the place was very clean. It looked like a very new Chipotle and looked very nice. I came up to the counter and ordered myself a burrito and a drink. I sat down and it was nice to eat. The staff were friendly and were super kind. The only thing I saw was food contamination. A Starbucks drink was in the kitchen where they prep food. With people with dairy allergies, this isn’t a good thing otherwise good place.

The reviews for this location had me nervous to visit, so a coworker and I decided to give it a shot today for lunch and it was great. We both ordered in person, and the food was just as expected. The lobby seemed clean as it should have been, and the employees were friendly. The lobby was also full of people enjoying their lunch. Maybe I’m missing something, but I have no complaints, I’d go back without hesitation.

I watched as the guy making the bowls loaded up everyone in front of me and put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl. Yes I counted, 10 little pieces of chicken. I asked for a little more chicken and he said “you’ll have to pay extra.” He seemed brand new because he had to use a cup to scoop the protein for people before me, didn’t use the cup when it was my turn and then used it for the people behind me. It seemed to me there was a clear reason as to why he didn’t do the same… Service is always terrible here and they act like they would rather be anywhere else than getting a vinaigrette from the beginning of the line. I know people have bad days, but it’s every single time I come in. Please focus on customer service and training better.

I ate at this location today around 12:10. I’ve seen overall reviews for Chipotle in the area dropping, and wanted to verify. It’s confirmed. The brown beans weren’t fresh and had little flavor, rice was fresh, but no flavor, same with the corn and mild salsa. The steak was ok, but flavor was diluted due to the rest of the bowl.

Food was great,service was not! Had the new Al Pastor Chicken burrito and it was really good and flavorful. I waited inside in a line for no less than 25 min with about 10 people in front of me. Employees seemed lost with only one guy who was knowledgeable about procedures and processes.I understand this is a newly opened store, but maybe some more training is necessary to make it a better experience for the customers. I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years in my hometown of Houston, Texas so I was excited to see this come to Mauldin. Please make service a priority, the food is already a winner.

Not to be rude, but no lettuce att 9pm? Brown rice the employee had to go get out of the drive thru, but he didn’t want to. No chips. And I believe y’all close at 10:45/11p. And only one employee making food and ringing up upfront. I don’t know how you guys expect customer satisfaction with this framework. I’ve been in restaurant management and this ain’t it or it shouldn’t be acceptable.
