The entire industry of pseudo-Mexican places like this has been in freefall for years now. They are all raising prices and lowering quality.
Somehow, despite all of that, this one seems to be holding up decently. The quantity and quality of food were pretty good. Perhaps they should get some slightly bigger bowls to allow people to mix their food a little, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Ordered online, and picked up at the window.. $11.00 for this.. Think i maybe got 4 pieces of chicken which you can see it all in the pic… and a bowl about 1/2 the way full, complete disappointment. If it wouldnt have been drive through i would of told them they can keep it and i want my money back..

my fiance ordered my food online, very simple order for a very hungry pregnant woman. (burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese and queso) he drove 30 min here. i’m just very disappointed 🙁 while it tasted okay because i have cheese at home, i feel like it was missing a whole crunch component that was very much needed. was yall out of lettuce?

They now charge $1.60 per extra scoop of rice! Rice, probably the cheapest ingredient for them! I got charged for 3 extra scoops, a total extra of $4.80. When I questioned the cashier, she said she should have charged me for 4 extra scoops, not just 3. This is absurd! The first scoop of rice was so skimpy – it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl when spread out. Also, I get so few things on my bowl, just rice, lettuce, cheese, and a protein. It doesn’t make sense to charge extra for rice. I’m so disappointed. I love Chipotle food, but the serving sizes are going down while prices go up. It is becoming unaffordable. Very disappointed with this Chipotle!

This was a good location when I first started ordering here 2 years ago but the portion sizes continue to get smaller it seems. Extra beans is practically an extra teaspoon. I’m okay paying extra for guacamole but the amount I got from my last visit was quite disappointing. You are better off going to a grocery store down the street to grab some avocados. Again quite disappointed.

The food was good and served up fast. The bowls had enough food to enjoy and take some home. We really liked the drink selections too.
My only suggestion is that someone needs to keep the inside area wiped down. It should be and could be cleaner.

Super convenient that they’re open till 11 pm got off work late and needed a quick place to eat.
Most other chipotles are out of food during the late night shifts but the one guy working, I think Machai? was super helpful and still had everything in stock, hot and ready. Even with a bit of a late night rush he dealt with it perfectly. Great customer service.

this is the worst chipotle ever. i had to ask for more rice because they literally put half a spoon in there. this is the amount of guacamole they gave me. this is insane for how much they charge for their food. they also forgot my lettuce and the vinegarette i asked for.

I have visited this store a dozen times now, and I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I have not visited one time where they weren’t out of at least 1-2 ingredients that I order. Tonight, they were out of chips, lettuce, corn salsa, carnitas, guacamole, rice, and honey chipotle chicken. They said “we’re about to close, that’s why we’re out” as if I couldn’t read the hours on the door that said we were still 2 hours away from closing. Whoever does their ordering needs to be fired. Not to mention, the teenagers that work here all have attitudes and the store is a disgusting mess every single time. The operator should be embarrassed.

I do not recommend if you have food allergies! Waited in the store 30 minutes after my mobile order should have been ready. My burrito bowl was to contain no dairy. They finally finished our order 32 minutes after the pick up time. After getting my family set up in the car set up with their food I opened mine halfway to the interstate. DRENCHED in sour cream! Service was terrible and the food was inedible due to my dairy allergy. I should have checked it before leaving the parking lot but this stop had already made us so late!
