No Brick Walls
Although I like the Chipotle chain I had not been to this one yet
I decided to try this particular store for myself although I had read the negative reviews. Truth told I was hungry and they were right outside Aldi as I finished a long day of errands and grocery shopping.
I found the employees behind the counter to be fast, efficient, polite, and professional.
The tables had not been wiped down inside so I decided to go outside and eat since it was a warm 70° day today I had a little trouble finding a spot outside that had a clean table as well. My time of arrival was after a lunch hour crowd – about 2 PM so I think there was plenty of time for them to have cleaned up the tables.
The food itself tasted fresh. As good as it has been at any other Chipotle I been to. No complaints with employees, service or food.
As I got up to leave, I collected my belongings and my empty container and drink. When I went over to the trash can, I found it was turned upside down and no other trash can around.
So I would it say other than them needing to keep the tables cleaned off and the trash cans emptied and turned upright everything else was just fine. I would return again to this restaurant.

Ordered a bowl from here. For some reason they were not taking cash which was very inconvenient. Half of my bowl was rice and the rice was barely cooked. It was hard and crunchy to the point where I couldn’t eat it. I’m trying to figure why they are serving customers uncooked rice. I will not be back here.

Rice was not cooked all the way and my bowl had barely any meat. Please make sure rice is actually cooked before serving it. I will no longer be ordering food from here because who wants to eat uncooked rice.

I’m sorry but the workers never know what is going on. I just got charged for chips when I was using a free reward I had. Most of the time they are out of food and you can barely chew the chips. I’ve never had a worst experience at a chipotle.

I’ve already made a review several weeks ago. However I’ve been watching all the reviews of this store. If you scroll down the reviews for every 5 star review there are (10) 1 star reviews. How can the be a solid yellow line under the 5 star review above. I call “bull” on these ratings. This location is a solid 1 star across the board. I give this place 4 thumbs down!

Eating in person is ok here. But for uber orders they just do not care. One time I ordered a bowl that had sour cream, half of my bowl was just sour cream. Every time I ordered there is always something missing in my bowl, could be the beans, corn or veggies. Do not uber from this store!

I am a frequent Chipotle customer due to the fact that I work and study in downtown Clemson. They never fail to provide a sustainably delicious product when I am in dire need during my lunch break! The staff is highly attentive and friendly. My favorite menu item is the chicken bowl with the Chipotle vinaigrette. If you haven’t tried it you should ASAP, it is a game changer. There is also an outdoor patio for good vibes & views!

We visit this location every Sunday after church. The staff have our mobile order correct every time. Even on game weekends, when there can be gaps in supply availability, they handle it very well. Shout out to Sarah, Brie, and Kylie!

If DEHC would have walked in I believe the place would have been shut down. This place was filthy. Food everywhere on tables in the floor. Outside dining was just as bad. Trash cans over flowing the whole place was just disgusting.

Always are out of food, silverware, napkins, ice, etc. They are very slow workers and don’t no how to do there job. NEVER GET A burrito the workers do not no how to wrap it.
