I have never been a person to eat chipotle I just started eating chipotle this year because of the buy one get one special that they have the first time I came it was OK, but it was nothing to brag about .All I hear the hype about is chipotle.. today I went back to this location the first time it wasn’t that horrible but tonight terrible I got the three tacos and you get a free entrée bogo 12/6/25 The quality of the food was not good. The sour cream was so watery. The fajita peppers and onions were so dried out and overcook.Even when you eat at a place and the food isn’t the best good service will bring a person back in the future I do not plan to return back to this location Please do better in the future! Also, the chicken was cut up into so many little pieces the serving can’t be normal. The worst chipotle bowl that I’ve ever had the chicken meat cut up that thin.. I mean it was horrible! Me personally there are not a lot of them, but I prefer Moe’s southwest Grill.. I think Moe’s is better. The one on Haywood Road in Greenville, South Carolina by the mall.Their portion is fair in the store is very clean and the customer service has always been good. In my opinion you could try this location, but I would not recommend after my experience tonight.. please do better!

This location is always out of onions and bell peppers. We ordered to go and neither one of us has onions & peppers on our bowls. We ordered at 11:00 AM, so there should be no reason to not have all food ready. Very irritating, but with this location, it’s expected.

Update: thought surely they couldn’t mess up a kids meal so tried again with an online order. Got home, and one of my 3 toppings is missing- the grilled veggies of course. If you don’t have all the ingredients, tell the customer so we can pick another topping instead of not getting all the items we have ordered.

Overall good experience, placed my order on the mobile app and waited 10 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. Store looked good, tables needed a wipe down but I can tell they were a bit understaffed. After receiving my order I was very pleased with the portion that I paid for and I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Food was great

Do yourself a favor and double check your order EVERY TIME or just go inside and order so you know you’re getting what you ask for. The last 3 times I’ve ordered on the app and picked up at the Chipotlane, my order was missing an item on my burrito bowl or yesterday wasn’t even close to what I ordered. No meat on my bowl and stuff I didn’t order in it, but the lid had everything correct on it. Sucks to drive 25 minutes home to find out it isn’t correct. My fault for not double checking – so always double check it before you pull away! OH YEAH… and don’t expect to call anywhere to get help with your problem. They only have a BOT to help you. Can’t call the store and talk to anyone or customer service to talk to a person. Customer Service Score 0!

Never had an issue besides a long line during peak hours. I have ordered through both the Chipotle app and in person and the food has always came out well. Staff is friendly and dining areas kept clean

Ordered a bowl with protein, beans, rice, lettuce, tomato and corn and all I got was a pile of mush. The best customer service could do was offer me a free drink. What a joke, I’ll just go back to Panera from now on since they can at least get the ingredients right.

Came in and noticed that corn tacos were an option. I’ve never seen that before, so I ordered 6 for $18. Wasn’t sure, but the first one stopped any doubt. THE BEST TACOS I HAVE EVER HAD! The tacos themselves held together amazingly (no mess) and broke off lightly to take a bite, the cheapest chicken was very, very juicy, although I understand that they overcook some of the beef from past experience, and even the extra $3 for guacamole was absolutely worth it. The pico-de-gio was also very flavorful. They did overfill (great!), so I grabbed a spoon to eat what was in the foil.

We ordered take-out from here because my husband wanted some lunch. We usually ALWAYS order from Chipotle. I doubt I’ll be ordering from this location again. Me and my husband gets the bowls. He always gets the green salsa in his bowl and I get the red salsa. They put red chili salsa in his bowl when it was suppose to be in mine. ‍♀️ Definitely not ordering from here again…

went and ordered a bowl, every time i go there the chips are extremely stale…the cashier let me go through at least two more bags to taste them until i was like nvm. i had to go buy a bag of Doritos just to eat them with my meal. very upsetting 🙁 spend all that money and i cant eat it without the chips

Update (9 months later): Short line, staff was helpful, place was pretty clean, and food was good, per expectation with a Chipotle. It was a much better experience than my 1st time.

Original Review: Wow! Big changes needed. Shocking as this place is brand new! Giving a bad name to the Chipotle brand. Poor employees are being overworked and likely taking heat from disgruntled customers. Main issue is short-staffed, by 2-3 people. Medium line took 30+ mins for us. One guy covering inside, one girl over drive-thru, one cook, and one supervisor filling in gaps. Not enough. People kept leaving once they saw how slow the line was moving. They were out of a few food choices, serving area was messy, most juice was out, messy floor & tables, overflowing trash, and even the water in restroom sink was way too hot w no way to adjust. Food was pretty good once we finally got it, but we won’t be back until review score improves significantly.
