We paid 30.00 for a burrito, burrito bowl and chips. They literally gave us a 4 1/2 inch burrito I could of got at Taco Bell for 4 bucks. I asked the employee at the window if they cut the size of their burritos in 1/3 and she took it, showed it to the other employees and assured me that it only looked small because the sizes change depending on who wraps them, and handed it back. What a rip-off. See picture. Seriously, who would willingly pay $10.50 for a 4 inch mini burrito to feed a full grown man dinner?

Always understaffed so of course service is slow. Which i can forgive if the food is good, but its not. Rice was so undercooked it was crunchy and veggies were somehow extra salty. We couldn’t even eat our takeout.

Not impressed – place was a mess – and its new! Tried to order their new Al Pastor Chicken which was on the menu and was told “we dont have that” – there was no chicken made and when we asked how long would it take for the chicken to be ready we were simply told “I dont know” – we had to actually ask them to turn around and check with the cook….the “we dont care” attitude was abundantly clear with the staff at this location. Just sad as we were excited to finally have a location open on our side of town.

This is a chain. So expectations are more about consistency from store to store. Always good but on this day some new employees and long wait for what is usually fast fresh. I’m not complaining but it’s also not a 5 star place.

The least impressive experience I have EVER had. I asked for guac and according to the staff Beth (manager I guess) told them that it was reserved only for online customers. No fajita veggies, no dressing for my salad, and all I got was apologies and a high total. My son was with me or I wouldn’t have ordered ANYTHING. The absolute worst experience in any Chipotle, ever. And, before I get your goofy response to contact customer service I did.

I normally try to give this chipotle grace because I know they’re busy but my previous visit was the last straw. As I was ordering, the man making my food was deliberately ignoring what I was saying and then getting mad when I asked him to fix what he did wrong. I told him I wanted brown rice and he put white rice. I told him I asked for brown rice and he gave me the meanest look for having the audacity to want brown rice. I understand that maybe he couldn’t hear me but at no point did he just say “I can’t hear you.” He just rolled his eyes & huffed and puffed when I told him I didn’t ask for something. We finally got to the end and he threw lettuce on my burrito and I didn’t not ask for it. I told him that and then he looked me right in my face and rolled the burrito up anyway with the lettuce on it. I’m not one to be picky but if I’m paying for my food they way I want it then I expect my food to be made how I want it.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. 3 times now I’ve ordered online and each time waited over 15 minutes for the “quicklane” window. Today was the real winner at 26 minutes. In addition, something was leaking and it broke through the bag and stained my car seat. Avoid this location like the plague that it is.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in a very long time but decided to give it another shot after getting an amazing BOGO offer. I did an online order and was told that it would be ready at 1:00. I arrived and there were not any pickup orders on the pickup shelf. There were a few folks standing off to the side, so I assumed they were awaiting their orders as well. I ended up going over to that side and waited and waited. Forty minutes later, I was finally asked if I’m waiting for a a pickup order. I was then told that it wasn’t ready. I finally got my order 46 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.
