Ordered online through the mobile app. For tacos there is no option for extra meat/toppings like other items. Not only did they not add extra steak, despite adding a more than generous tip. They skimped and added a minuscule amount and an ignorant comment on the box. Mediocre food, horrible service.

Just had a very pleasant experience getting a to go order. The young lady who prepared my order was kind as she could be along with the cashier who went above and beyond to make sure I had some salt to go when requested. I asked her name and she said Jordanna. Everyone was smiling and pleasant and the restaurant was very clean. I haven’t eaten the delicious looking food yet but I wanted to give a shoutout while I was thinking about it.

I am not sure why this place gets bad reviews. This location is run way better than most chipotle locations I have been to in a long time. The tables were all clean, the staff waited on us in a very fast, friendly, and efficient manner, the food was great, and, unlike most other chipotle locations, they actually have salt! Great experience!

What a freaky Chipotle experience! I popped in about 7 pm. There were 3 guys behind the counter, and only one was busy with a customer. I actually had to ask for service. It was like I was bothering them.
Me: “Um, is anyone going to take my order here or what?” Most Chipotle’s ask what I want to order. Not this one. One of the guys said, “I am training him.” But, I wanted to order. The guy was standing there leaning on the counter. The other was playing with the food to test it. And the 3rd one had the one customer ahead of me.
I asked “Where was the Beef Babacoa?” OMG, he pointed to some total mush, looked like soup. Not beef. Gross. I finally ordered a steak burrito. The guy had an attitude, no doubt. He was miffed when I asked for fresh Romaine on my burrito, not the puddle that was on the line. He finally realized I didn’t ask for him to switch out the entire bin, just give me some from the top.
THEN, when I went to pay, I asked to confirm the price. And the cashier guy with the piercing said, “Sorry ma’am, we don’t give discounts.” I was like, “What are you talking about? I never asked for a discount? Are you hard of hearing?” I believe he did this on purpose to humiliate me.
I was dressed like a normal female, and I cannot imagine why I was treated so poorly. This was absolutely abnormal. I saw on my receipt it said Host “Maggie.” There were all men there, so I have no idea who was who.
With incredibly poor service and attitude like this, they are driving away customers. I almost left before I ordered, because of the hostile vibe. The fact that I had to ask/beg for service, when there was no line behind me, and only one lady finishing up before me, is disgusting.
I try not to write negative reviews, but this was a stunner. And the cashier pretending I asked for a discount, added even more insult!
I would love for a manager to get back to me, but I guess the survey is the only way. Thumbs down. They should see how the Chipotle in Wilmington, NC is run. Like a machine!! I guess it will be hit or miss here in Myrtle Beach.

It was my first time coming here and my service was bad.First of all i tried to get 2 kids quesadillas and the lady said she couldn’t give us any sides. Then she said i couldn’t give me an adult quesadilla because of something with corporate. then i asked for chips and they were stale and salty. Also i want sour cream and she said there was no more sour cream and this man had to make some. The lady was giving lazy. Then there was no more drinks either and someone asked where the drinks were and if she could bring some more and she said she didn’t know where they where and it wasn’t her duty to refill them. Also the tables were dirty and there was a dirty cup left by the drinks. After all it was my first and last time going there and i will give them a one star.

I had the best experience coming here today !!! The people were so friendly and the man serving today was outstanding!!! Their carne asada looked so good and was fresh off the grill and with the new sauce it just hit different. I normally get regular steak but after trying this it is my new favorite!!! Also there chips were probably the best I’ve had at any chipotle 10/10 recommend and definitely worth the trip!!!!

I can’t believe that I am writing a review for chipotle but here it is. Do not order from this place. I have never been forced to throw away from any location until today. It is like a salt mine was dumped into every single ingredient. It was honestly painful to eat. After a few bites and a bottle of water, it went into the garbage.

Employees act like you are an inconvenience to them when you walk in, no matter the time of day. They’ll see you waiting and aimlessly walk around like they want to avoid you. Service just constantly gets worse.
Kitchen guy dropped a spatula, looked around to see if anyone saw, then continues to use it on the grill. Gross.

Good portions & service but please teach employees to cook the barbacoa. It should be falling apart instead of having visible connective tissue present, it just needs to be cooked longer. Thank you!

I have never had such a small portion of rice even after saying something it was ignored close to 50 dollars later and all 3 bowls added up to 1.5 from what we normally get. Honey chicken was good but steak had little seasoning. hopefully they will fix this issue because this is close to my house. The one by the mall is great
