The food was awful. I asked for light sour cream on my burrito, and it was so overloaded that it was literally spilling out of the foil when I unwrapped it. It ended up all over my hands and pants. When I opened the burrito to see what was going on, there were maybe six pieces of chicken inside. The cheese was thickly grated instead of the usual finer shreds, so it didn’t melt at all, and the burrito itself was cold.

The rest of the meals were just as disappointing. Portions were noticeably smaller than they should have been and several items were cold.

The pickup process was also frustrating. I ordered for counter pickup, but the food was placed in the drive-through line instead. I had to ask where my order was, and who knows how long it had been sitting there before I got it.

I tried calling the store afterward, but you can’t actually speak to anyone there. The call routes to a call center, where I was told the location sends calls there because they’re “too busy.” That was surprising considering there were no customers in the restaurant when I picked up the order.

I know it’s “just a burrito,” but dinner for three people was over $50, and we didn’t add anything extra or make special modifications to the items. At that price, I expect the order to be made correctly and served hot. Experiences like this are exactly why eating out so often ends up feeling expensive and disappointing.

SHORTED ME ON EVERYTHING. I’ve been a fan of Chipotle for YEARS and I gotta say this location and the other one in Summerville is awful. Out of everything so therefore my order was wrong and gave me the wrong drink. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT especially with the growth in the area and this just opened last year. Terrible first impression

Out of stuff every single time I go, because the staff doesn’t want to do prep. If you like the fajitas, don’t come here because they’re perpetually out. A lot of the staff just openly hates customers and puts their anger that you came into the store on full display.

I just want my $27 back. Ordered two steak bowls. The steak was hard or just fat. One of my bowls had a huge chunk of fat and a couple edible pieces. Ridiculous. The rice was hard. The pico was soggy like it sat out for days. The girl who was working the register was obnoxiously rude to me and the guy making the food. Chips were stale. I didn’t even get a receipt (which I would’ve went right back and demanded a refund since both bowls and chips went in the trash) because she didn’t care even finish let me grabbing my food and walk away before checking out the next customer. Worst location ever.

I usually like Chipotle, but this visit just wasn’t it. The line moved super slow—even though it wasn’t that busy—and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. My bowl came out kind of lukewarm and the rice was hard in spots, which was disappointing because I normally count on them for something fresh and quick.
On top of that, they missed my guac even after I paid extra, and when I asked about it, the staff seemed annoyed instead of just fixing it. I get that everyone has busy days, but the overall vibe here just felt rushed and careless. I’ll probably try another location next time.I usually like Chipotle, but this visit just wasn’t it. I ordered catering, and when I opened the box, I was given guacamole that had mold and other bacteria. The chips were still, and the tortillas were cold. I went back to let them know, and they took the box to the back and just put the same things in a new box. 0/10 Recommended this location.

I’m not even sure where to begin. I stood in line for 30 minutes before it was my turn to order and during this time, I witnessed a poor young man preparing orders all on his own. He was extremely frazzled with how busy it was, no toppings were stocked, with an extremely messy work station. But I was completely shocked with the girl at the register who was going between looking at her phone and just starting at this poor kid floundering, never once stepping in to help. With my past experience in food service, in her place, I would’ve stepped in to take every other order, or helped him stock what he was low on, communicated to the guys in the background that he needed beans, queso, etc. This girl could have wiped down the work station so that every wrapped food item wasn’t covered in sour cream and toppings.

Finally, after some time, one of the cooks told her to help, and after laughing to herself, she finally put some gloves on and took an order. But unfortunately, she overfilled one of the burritos so much, that she had to wrap it in two tortillas, almost used a THIRD but chose to use three foil wrappers instead, and it was “rolled” in the most messy and strange way.

I ordered a burrito so I could eat it on the way home, but the wrapper was covered in so much residue from the food prep surface that it was difficult to eat. It tasted fine, but it was overall not a pleasant experience in the store. The other customers in line also witnessed the girl who seemed to be the most unhelpful worker ever. She is my biggest complaint and I believe she doesn’t belong working in food service. I would let her go immediately.

This is a brand new store. Its filthy. Tables ALL were dirty. Shield between employee and customer was Filthy with food & fingerprints. Area where they set your bowl to make food was covered in old food. Sour cream & cheese. Drink station sticky and gross. Chips tasted like theyd been made at opening. Girl at register was on her phone the whole time. One dude at prep station, one dude making food. No one bothered cleaning up while there were no customers. There are never any adults in these stores anymore. Just kids who do nothing but talk and look at phones. This was chipoltes last chance. I will never eat here again. They have gone to hell like Moe’s and panera.
We actually came to this one when they first opened & when we walked into their ever filthy doors the lady in front of us said dont bother, they are out of everything. So we left and came back today. Several weeks later. All the chipolte in this area are disgusting.

We were excited to try this location since it’s right down the street from us, but unfortunately after about three visits, we won’t be returning. The food quality has been extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the food was bland or the chips were stale, and other times everything was overly salty. On more than one occasion, they were also out of certain proteins with no clear estimate on when they would be ready.

During one visit in the early evening around 5 or 6 PM, my fiancé wanted chicken, but no one informed customers that it was unavailable. When we asked how long it would take, there was no clear answer. The employee on the line kept asking the grill staff and was repeatedly ignored. We eventually just settled for steak. To make matters worse, the employee preparing the food seemed visibly annoyed, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Our most recent visit was four days ago, and the food was extremely salty. It’s frustrating that the quality swings so drastically from bland to overly seasoned. At least two out of the three visits they were generous with portions, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of flavor balance. I couldn’t get through more than a few bites without needing water. Overall, it feels like this location isn’t consistently following Chipotle’s standard recipes and preparation guidelines, which likely explains the lack of quality control. It’s disappointing given how convenient the location is.

Behold! A “chicken quesadilla” for my son. The image kind of sums up our experience at the new Chipotle in Goose Creek. Portions were small. Food containers were pretty low and not fresh. Neighbors told me half the staff didn’t even show up yesterday so they were turning people away.

We at least had service when we went this past weekend. Staff wasn’t rude, but seemed like they were out of sorts and nervous. Curious to know who’s supposed to be running this place.
