After my last not-so-great experience at a different Chipotle, I decided to give another location a try, and it was… better, but still not amazing. The service here was definitely friendlier—someone actually greeted me when I walked in—and the line moved faster, which I appreciated.
The food looked fresher too, and my bowl was warm this time, though the portions were a little skimpy compared to other locations. Everything tasted fine, nothing spectacular, but at least it felt made with a bit more care.
Overall, it’s a step up from my last visit, but Chipotle just isn’t as consistent as it used to be. Still, I’d maybe come back to this location if I’m craving it.

We always go to this location because it’s close to our house but last Sunday my wife found pieces of paper in her bowl. The quality of the food wasn’t bad but who wants to be munching on paper with their carnitas?

Ordered an online order for 2x protein and received 1/2 serving. Just another instance of lazy employee work and a manager not making sure working do their job properly. The automated service just tells you we will do better next time and closes the complaint. Last time I’ll pay money for lazy service and pitiful customer service.

This chipotle is one of the most clean and friendly ones around. Both chipotles in azalea and carnes crossroads are absolutely disgusting and the food tasted off. This is the ONLY location my husband and I go to when we want their food. They always have the same rotation of people, so there doesn’t seem to be high turnover, I’ve seen management treat their teams well, cleaning and being on the floor as present leaders. The food is always fresh and I appreciate this location for being the best one honestly wish this one had more reviews because they deserve to be recognized.

I will not be coming here again. While standing in line I noticed the grill person is very unsanitary and had poor hygiene. The table he was using to cut what looked like chicken was a mess. Nothing looked cleaned or organized and I had also noticed cross contamination that this person was doing. After coming home and eating my steak bowl I got extremely nauseous and did not feel good at all. My husband had the chicken and he noticed that there were raw pieces in his food. We will not longer be coming back.

I’ve gotten takeouts here a few times. The food is ok but nothing to get excited about. The most memorable thing about this place is the lack of excitement on the part of the people dishing out the food. The girl behind the counter was shoveling the food into the bowl like it was an Army mess hall. It fell like she didn’t want to be there all she could say was, bowl? No smile, no warm friendly greeting just shovel the food into the container and slide it to the guy running the register.
