I have just started eating here since a friend said they were good and so far service and food has been good until today i ordered a quesadilla and it was 10 dollars and had barely any cheese or chicken on it honestly I think it is just lazy to not try to make food properly if it was me I would make food as if my own family was eating it.

Asked for salad with toppings of rice. If I wanted a bowl of rice I would have asked for a burrito bowl with little lettuce.
Seriously..
Asked for light rice and extra lettuce.
What I get, bowl full of rice, little be of lettuce and almost no chicken.
If I wanted a bowl of rice, I’d make it myself. I wanted mostly lettuce and chick.
And I paid extra for the chipotle chicken.
Shame on you!!!

New location that’s on the smaller side. I was excited that they were going to open one in Duncan, as the closest one to me is Pelham Rd which takes about 20 minutes compared to 10 here. Unfortunately like the other reviewer mentioned, the portions they gave me at this location are smaller. I have been to a bunch of Chipotle locations for years and never really had a problem with portions except this one. I ordered in-store and all the portions were quite small except for the honey chicken and lettuce. They were like half tongfuls; I asked for extra fajita veggies and she gave me only 5 strings of them. I asked for more then it was 3 more strings. If it wasn’t for the lettuce, the bowl wouldn’t be filled to the top so it doesn’t touch the lid. I’ll wait some time and give them another try since they’re new but if it’s the same smaller portions, I will unfortunately be going to the other further locations.
Edit (2/26/2026): Went back to order in-store earlier today at around 4:00pm and it was pleasantly a different experience. The staff were nice, full scoops, and a STUFFED bowl (picture attached).

Tried this place for the first time tonight as take out and wish I’d read the reviews first. The portions were good in the bowl but our large chip bag was filled less than half full which is disappointing. Chips were also stale. My bowl had sour cream, which was just slopped all over the top and made the bowl look like a potato salad. (Less than desirable for a burrito bowl….) Next time we’ll just drive down Berry Shoals Road to Casa Carrion on Highway 101 for their pollo bowl.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went around 9pm last night, and didn’t get my usual order as they were out of multiple different ingredients. One of the workers said “oh I didn’t notice we were all out” with a laugh/smile. The ingredients they had looked old, and the meat options looked severely overcooked, but I thought, well there are food safety standards so it will be fine. When I got home, the meat was so overcooked it didn’t even have a good texture anymore. I ate my entire order except for half of the meat since it was inedible because of the texture. But the biggest reason why this location deserves 0 stars, is because I woke up at 6am this morning with the worst food poisoning of my life. I genuinely thought I was going to die. As I write this, I still have symptoms of food poisoning. Do better.

I have visited this location multiple times and the only good time to come would be afternoon. On several occasions a hour before closing or 30 minutes they always dont have chicken or steak, rice. On today the grill was not clean yet. So they could still cook they were out of chicken, queso, vingarette, casa acada, and corn salsa being out of all of this caused several us your customers to walk out. I have worked in restaurants and shutting the grill down before closing and turning away customers because they want to leave at closing time is unacceptable. If its a hour before dont waste you time go to another location

Chips were stale. I went to ask for another bag the manager was standing there on her phone with other employees. As I told her my issue and requested a fresh bag, she just looked at me and tossed me another bag. No apologies or anything. But the cashier standing there did say have a good night. I expect more of an example from a manager. Disappointing
