HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL ALICIA
Never been to this location, in town for work and was absolutely famished. Alicia assisted me with my order. She immediately greeted me with such positivity and was very inviting. I asked her to “hook me up, I’m starving”… she didn’t disappoint. Best Chipotle bowl ever. I’m not a regular at any Chipotle, but Alicia’s service makes me want to come back.
I informed Alicia that the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper and she immediately restocked it.
So, Alicia, thank you for bringing such a positive attitude and brightening my already wonderful day.
A+ customer service.

My wife and I ordered the same thing via Mobile and the two are shown in the pics. The closest in the pic was right with double meat and fajita veggies. The second missing both. Better check your order before leaving if you order here. Food taste great, but unfortunate when you pay an extra $4.50 for double meat and don’t get it.
Update: After contacting support on the Chipotle website, they made it right. Thank you!

My kids ordered via the app for the Chipotle lane. My daughter arrived a few minutes before it was ready, which was fine as there was a car at the window. When she got to the window about 10 minutes later she was on speaker phone with us, as she was bored waiting almost 15 minutes, so I heard the entire interaction. The girl that was working the window informed her that her order had already been picked up and that she wasn’t remaking it. My daughter stated it wasn’t picked up by us and wanted to know what could be done. The Chipotle employee asked if it was DoorDash, to which my daughter responded no. She proceeds to tell my daughter it was(my daughter showed her it was from the app), she’s not remaking it and needs to pull up. Upon hearing this I decided I would be making a visit into the store because it was not my child’s fault that this location gave their order away, and we would need either a refund or for the order to be fulfilled. As we were pulling into the parking lot we received a phone call that our order was ready and why hadn’t the girl come back through the drive thru to get it? Well, that isn’t what she was told to do, she was instructed to pull up, like she was in the way or something. I went in with my other child, he took the food and I asked what the protocol was to ensure this didn’t happen in the future. My inquiry was immediately met with defensive responses and attitude like my daughter had experienced in the drive thru(same employee, so not shocked about that). I was told my kids or any of us would need to show our order in the future to ensure we get it. This doesn’t make any sense as showing that, which she had already done, did not ensure that another person didn’t take our order. When I pointed this out the employee became even more aggressive and insisted I was lying. She was so over the top that another employee tried to calm her down and told her to stop. This could have easily been handled with a “I’m sorry there has been an issue with your order, we will get it right as soon as possible, can you please pull back around”. That was not the case, all we got was an attitude, defensiveness and a person unwilling to admit a mistake had happened and instead wanted to blame us. I will admit that at the end of this exchange I was so heated by the attitude and rudeness that I myself did not act accordingly when she offered me her shirt and to take a job there(this was a very weird comeback to me questioning the protocol of order pickup) so I told her I didn’t want a job there nor did I eat this crap. If this worker is the manager you need some serious training in customer service and deescalation, if she is not you need to find out why the management allowed her to verbally accost a customer and make a scene in the restaurant that left the other customers visibly upset. I was not in the wrong but was treated as such, from the get-go. Never once were we apologized to for this mistake nor how it was handled. While the kids order from there once or twice a week, they are now rethinking that and will probably use Burrito Hub down the street so as to avoid this type of behavior in the future.

Every delivery order I get from this location is messed up. My son’s quesadilla was impossible for him to eat because none of the cheese was melted and kept falling on the floor. My bowl was 90% rice.

Chipotle gets a mixed review from me. I think it’s reasonable food at a somewhat reasonable price, but things have not always been consistent.
It’s a build it your own way kind of menu. You pick your base such as type of rice, add the protein and then the condiments. Lettuce, salsa, queso, beans, vegetables and more.
The chips are additional, the last time very few for the price and extra for the queso dip. They took a beating in the media not long ago for being skimpy with the portions, that seems better now.
It can be quite busy at times and like many places, the service ca vary. I’m just glad they can get people to work.
It’s certainly better than the fast food Mexican down the road. Like many places the entree might be reasonable, but when you add chips, queso and drinks the price really starts to climb.

Rice is always under cooked and crunchy. The employees don’t care, they’re rude and make it very apparent they hate being there. They ignore you while you stand there waiting for them. If all of these things happened once, I get it, people have off days. Twice, okay that’s weird. 3+ times? They definitely need new management

This place always screws up orders and always serves stale, chewy chips. On delivery I’ve had salad dressing used instead of hot salsa, guacamole cups with a literal half of an avacado and quesadillas with only half of it filled. Otherwise there’s almost always something missing or screwed up.

Frequent visitor here at this location and Kaylin is always a great help every time. I just left the gym and they are closing as it’s 10 minutes until 11 and she was still very polite and prompt. And still smiled. She is a good example of customer service. The burrito I had last time, that she made, was wrapped so well and was great. Pretty sure it was her recommendation. Thank you Chipotle and thank you Kaylin!

The ladies serving me were so nice and helpful however the cook was a little rude and was complaining that me and a bunch of other customers wanted steak. He was angry and annoyed making loud obvious comments like it was inconvenient for him to do his job. I would understand if it was packed but it was not, this Chipotle was dead with only 8 customers including me and my two family members.
