Ordered Chipotle 3 hours BEFORE closing time and received the oldest, salt filled chips. They were out of queso and vinaigrette (cool) But to knowingly scoop and pack up old, salty chips is just flat out not caring about customer service nor HEALTH to some degree.

Had a horrible experience today. Placed an order on the app, when I went to go pick it up I waited over seven minutes at the window for my food. when they finally they informed me that they were out of the glass bottled Coke and they gave me a fountain drink instead, they didn’t even bother to fill up to the top. I did not get a reimbursement for the difference in pricing. Once I got home, I realized that one of my items was missing from my combo meal, my steak was very dry. The chips were stale and there was a huge piece of unmashed, and unripe avocado in my guac. There were several stems in my salsa, and my husband‘s burrito fell apart as soon as he unwrapped it from the foil, the food did not seem like it was fresh either. Huge disappointment!

As soon as I walked in, there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “Out of cheese.” I should have taken that as my cue to turn around. The restaurant was not very clean. I understand it was right after the Friday lunch rush, and there were still scraps of food left in the pans, so I tried to give some grace. However, if your establishment is going to be messy and out of key items, the least you can do is make up for it with excellent customer service. The first young lady who scooped my rice was pleasant. Unfortunately, the second employee who took over had the nastiest attitude. I smiled and said hello, and she responded with a curt “WHAT ELSE?” without so much as a smile. She aggressively plopped my toppings into the bowl and slid it across the counter in a way that felt careless and disrespectful. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and almost bullied.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. It is important to hire employees who are personable and professional in both attitude and appearance. This restaurant is located near Fort Jackson, so many of your customers may be service members. Regardless, everyone who walks through your doors is spending their hard-earned money and deserves basic courtesy and respect. Terrible customer service!

This is a new location. The staff is friendly. We got 3 meals for four to share and still had leftovers.
They have 4 fruity drinks with sugar, so no HFCS which I appreciate and is great if you are corn free.

As everyone on my family loves Chipotle, we decided to grab Lunch at this location.
We always choose Vegetarian food and we grab a burrito and VEGGIE Bowls . The portion size is big here. The food was yummy
We are really happy with the staff and their services here. I saw so many US Army people coming here and a few other workers.
I would definitely recommend visiting this location of Chipotle.

Worst-run Chipotle franchise in Columbia. How at 7:30 on a Sunday night do you resort to only fulfilling online orders??? No advance warning until you’re right at the counter. The staff moved like molasses and despite plenty of personnel, the line moves slowly toward order fulfillment. They don’t even cut the parking lot lights on at night. Spot needs stronger mgmt to make improvements and hold people accountable. Will likely not be going back soon. Other around town are far better

She made my burrito with adequate fillings in no time and was also able to roll it with loosing the content. she was personable and I’ve never had this type of service at any other Chipotle with any other associate. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Everyone in the service line seemed like they hate their jobs. I ordered my bowls with tortillas on the side, never got the tortillas or the sauces I asked for in my bag. Of course I realize this when I’m already on the way home but then I look at my receipt and I was charged for the items I did not receive. While giving my order for the toppings, I see the guy rolling his eyes. I don’t understand what the issue was but I just ordered my food like I usually do and there wasn’t any additional conversation that could’ve made him upset…? I ordered a steak bowl and chicken bowl, but was charged for two steak bowls. I don’t get the disconnect.

At 2:30pm went to get a chicken burrito with brown rice . Was told out of chicken and out of brown rice and it would be 20 minutes before ready. This is not the first time this Chipotle did not have chicken or rice ready. This is absolutely the worst Chipotle and the employees act like they couldn’t care less. Take my advice and don’t waste your time trying to eat at this Chipotle. .
