What has happened to this location? Something about the upper management has made this our favorite Chipotle store (half a year ago and earlier) to the worse one (since something shifted).
It used to be that we can ask for an extra two sour cream but now they are limited to one. And what they give doesn’t even get half way full. The guacamole given isn’t full and have large portions missing. If I try to ask for a little extra fajita veggies and other sides for my salad and there seems to be a very stingy approach to not give much. I feel like I’m going to some cheap fast food place like Taco Bell. The somewhat more premium feel I have of Chipotle is gone as this chain is nickle and diming their customers. I used to feel happy going to Chipotle knowing I’m being taken care of with some openness and generous of portions (of the sides/sauces when I get a salad). You might save a few cents, maybe a quarter by giving me a little less sour cream but you’ve lost a lot of business (hundreds of dollars) in being so cheap as it has made our family who would visit at least a few times a week not want to eat there.
I want to be clear that the servers aren’t the issue but it seems like they are limited in what they can do from something in the management. At this rate this store will lose customers, at least faithful ones, our family being one of them.

This is one of the first Chipotles I have been inside in years that had clean tables! The employees were quick, all of them were working and helping each other, and the food was great. Good job, Saturday night crew! Keep on caring!!

This location has consistently had a malfunctioning Coke machine. The syrup/water/carbonation is off, and it will ‘spurt’ and not give the right combination of the syrup/water, and have way too much foam for Coke, and it leaves you with a flat soda. I have made the store management (shorter stud woman) aware of this issue in the past and it still continues to happen. I’d highly recommend skipping the fountain drinks at this location.

After a long and challenging day and a visit to the ER, I was exhausted, starving, and craving something comforting. The staff here delivered exactly that. They served up my comfort food with genuine kindness and plenty of laughs along the way. If the old saying that laughter is the best medicine holds true, it certainly did that night, because I left feeling lighter and better than when I arrived.
And I have to mention that the guac, chips, and sofritas bowl were amazing. The perfect balance of flavor, freshness, and comfort in every bite. Thank you all for brightening a rough day with good food and even better company.

I will never go to chipotle again. We ordered $50 worth of food which is crazy because it was two burritos and a large guac and queso. All we got were the chips and burritos. Called customer service, was on the phone for about 30 mins before they said we can refund $4 for the chimichurri sauce we also never got and emailed us coupons to use for the large guac and queso. Just tried using them and they say are not valid. Chipotle is an absolute joke. Customer service is exactly as you’d expect and just wastes time apparently. Truly a disappointing experience even when they tried to correct it. This company won’t ever have to worry about us spending our money at any location ever again. You guys are truly terrible.

I’ve only ate about a corner of the bowl and got very very full and I still have so much left over.
This location never disappoints I don’t even bother going to the chipotles in east columbia and the chipotle downtown is horrible. So I always go to this one and always satisfied every time.

I like Chipotle as a whole, but this location’s serving sizes are pitiful. I want to know what world we live in where this is FOUR scoops of chicken? I asked for four scoops and they give me what any other location would consider two at most. If you want better servings, the other Sunset Blvd location in Lexington does it.

I have been overcharged multiple times at this location for protein add-ons I did not order during in-person visits. When I brought the issue to their attention, there was no attempt to resolve it; instead, I was simply told to contact customer service. It’s extremely disappointing that despite being repeatedly overcharged, I’m the one inconvenienced and directed to a customer service line with excessive wait times.
At this point, I will be taking my business to Salsarita’s going forward.
