This is a super clean Chipotle compared to the Patton Avenue location. However, the food and service is terrible. came in and my order was not on the shelf but they did not recognize and tel me they had kept my order behind the counter as I was sitting their for 15 minutes. I received my bowl which probably had one small scoop of rice, lettuce and carnitas and mind you I ordered double meat. I don’t even think I got a standard serving of anything. For a bowl that cost $15 I expect way more than what I got. Also, as someone who works in customer service I would never cheap out like this on a customer. I love Chipotle but I will not be returning to this location until management has made some progress.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever visited. There were food scraps everywhere including the floor, tables, seating, kitchen floor, kitchen counters, grill, and even the drink cooler. The kitchen is overflowing with dirty dishes and the trash receptacle is overflowing with garbage. The staff was lifeless. A manager or corporate rep should pay attention to what’s happening here.
It gets worse. I used the bathroom before we left and the toilet was dirty, the trash was overflowing, and there were no paper towels.
I read the reviews ahead of time and wondered if a Chipotle could really be that bad. It really is that bad.

For a $25 bowl that I paid for extra meat, I am disappointed that the portion is so small. I will never come to this store again. Last time I was there I got chips and there were literally 12 chips in the bag. The store is always filthy and The staff is young and perhaps needs a little more training.

I love Chipotle, but I have never seen a dirtier branch. Every table was filthy, and I had to clean it after I asked them to. The trash was overflowing, the drinks area was disgusting, we are vegetarians, but the food was all mixed and cross-contaminated in the prep area.

I love chipotle, but I never seen such a dirty branch. Every table was dirty and I had to clean it myself even after I asked them to clean it. Trash overflowing, they didn’t know how to serve my tacos to eat here…
Strange experience!

Everything was great except the food. The corn salsa seemed dried out. And it could be attributed to the fact that it was like 30 minutes to closing. So I will give it another try and go again during the day. You do have some really sweet employees by the way!

One of my favorite chipotles & I travel the US for work & can’t wait to get home to my favorite. The workers are so friendly, service is great, and they always cook the chicken to perfection (if you know you know).

I seldom add bad reviews for a restaurant and have thought for a long time about whether or not I should review what I saw yesterday. I used to love Chipotle When I lived in Atlanta area. This Chipotle had very bad service even though it was fast. The cashiers were rude. I got there right before the lunch rush. The chips weren’t fresh. The salsa was horrible. The cashier did not even ask me if I wanted salsa to go with my chips whenever I ordered the Chips and a drink. She rolled her eyes whenever I asked for salsa, because there was a line, I suppose. For the whole 45 minutes, I was there, I did not see any of the workers smiling. That told me something. The chips were definitely not freshly made there. I will not return.

March 7, 2025 (Friday just before noon) – I am also writing about another experience from June 9, 2023 (also a Friday) for I have neglected to do so. My first visit was exceptional. Literally everything I got (Burrito with the chips and guac side) was packed full of flavor, and it was love at first and last bites.
My second visit was also amazing, but I didn’t want nearly as much as I got nearly two years prior. I got honey chipotle chicken with my bowl (I was cutting back just a little bit) which actually made things far better. Sometimes I question if there was too little guac on my bowl, but that’s just me saying you can never have too much.
Please keep in mind that my grandfather – a Vietnam military veteran (since 1972) – came in the same exact day of my second visit. He said everything was terrible. I don’t know what he’s talking about… maybe he just doesn’t like cilantro. Scientific reasoning: It’s actually a genetic trait that causes a person to think that cilantro tastes like soap; a dominant allele (CC; Cc).
According to that scientific explanation, I am recessive to that trait (cc), meaning I actually love cilantro (it’s true).

This Chipotle is horrible!! I order lunch, a bowl of just White rice, Chicken and Pinto beans! It was literally disgusting!!! The beans were so dry and old, They could have been used for plaster!! It was literally like trying to eat a bowl of DIRT! DONT GO!!!!
The only reason I gave them a two star, is because the lady at the pick up window was extremely nice.
