I ordered a burrito bowl through Postmates the food came and was completely salty!!!! Too salty that I could feel it in my body. I also paid for extra chicken and queso, didn’t get that. This people don’t know what they’re doing. I wasted $37 for this type of food.
Never order a burrito bowl for delivery when you are not there to see what they’re putting in it.

First time in this location in Hickory. Honestly first time in any of the locations but not my first time eating from chipotle. From the minute we approached the ordering area we were met with complete professionalism and kindness. The fella making our food was super nice and friendly. Kept reminding me that I was welcome to sample anything on the bar! And I took him up on that! I tried the honey chicken and the Barbacoa. Both were delicious! My bowl had honey chicken, white cilantro rice, queso, pico, corn salsa and lettuce. My fiancés was close to that but she added beans. And got a wrap so she could have half of the bowl in a wrap. Got a bag of chips and queso as well. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc I WANT THE CARNA ASADA BACK!!! Good Job guys! Also we took our meals to go and went to the race track!

UPDATE! Got chicken chocos this time. Came out perfect EXCELLENT TASTY WEIGHT-LOSS BURRITO BOWLS & TACOS! Brown rice, black and pinto beans, tomatoes, corn, plenty of chicken and salsa. Ice water to drink. This is enough for 2 meals . . . at least. $10. And Roscoe the dog also loves it.

This chipotle location has not had meat in two weeks. We went there last week for lunch. We went inside and up to the ordering line and saw a big sign that said OUTAGE, and that they had basically no meat. No chicken, steak, carne Asada. Obviously I was quite disappointed, but figured it was a temporary thing.
Then we went back the other day, about a week later. There was still a sign about this alleged “outage”.
I understand sometimes that restaurants are out of stuff, so it wasn’t any more than an inconvenience. However, I cannot comprehend why or how this place is even open when they have zero meat in the building.
All of this, as I said, has just been a minor inconvenience/annoyance.
However, the reason for the poor review, is because I just called this location to inquire about the availability of the meats they’ve been supposedly out of, and my call gets answered by none other than one of those stupid AI clanker phone things. It was utterly useless. I was calling to ask a REAL person if the outage had been resolved. I said “let me talk to a real person” and the clanker said something like “I cannot help with that”. Why even have a phone number for the location if nobody answers it??? Honestly, I think I’m just done going to this chipotle location.

I’m sorry for being bitter. I’ve just really wanted chipotle for like two weeks now. We’re here now and the food is delicious. Still upset about the stupid robot phone system but the employees here are nice and the food is great. Just quite expensive for shrinking portions. Changing review from 2 to 3 stars.

My daughter went there to use her gift card and they cheated her by charging another person food to her card supposedly by accident. They did not reimburse her and made her pay out of pocket for the balance. The manager refused to fix the issue stating they had no way to do so.

As far Chipotle’s go this one is mid at best. They only have corn and lettuce sometimes, not consistently. The last 4 times we’ve ordered chips they have been super salty and stale. Other locations we’ve tried seem to have more ingredients, fresher chips, and warmer food. The staff at this location is always nice and the place is clean, the food just isn’t as good/fresh as other locations.
Edit to add: this time the chips were not even edible. Waste of $8.00. So stale and so salty. They got worse as we tried a few more

Food was good, but the restaurant was dirty, the tables in need of cleaning.
The teenagers working there were doing their best, but no one was in charge, so there was much counter leaning when table cleaning and floor sweeping could have been done.
Chipotle menu is excellent for good health, but, dang, clean it up.

This was absolutely the nastiest food I have had in a very long time!! I got the honey chicken burrito bowl, the chicken was fatty and mushy and tasted horrible!! I took 2 bites and couldn’t eat it. The rice was overcooked and mushy and they put 6 pieces of lettuce in it . I will never eat here again!! Oh and I cut up my own lettuce at home.

Not bad. Very fast service. Nice employees. The food was good. The dining room was not clean at all. Every table had food on them. Had to wipe the table off with napkin. Nobody cleaning tables. I will probably come back. Affordable prices. Sour cream is like water. Very thin.
