Worst $42 spent ever in life if you are reading this save your money and go to a Wilmington location. Food was extremely spicy and found multiple jalapeños inside my bowl. The food is usually really good but the last two times has been oddly spicier than usual. Bowl was soo spicy that I wasn’t able to enjoy complaining in the app doesn’t change anything either will not be returning to this location EVER!!!!

Delicious food and a good amount of it too. I ate two days in row already and don’t regret it. It is so nice having the different protein options to choose from. Plenty of choices to make for what you want in your meal. The guacamole was the best around. The staff were very nice and fast with the food. I will definitely be back.

I’m fairly certain the ‘seasoning’ in my bowl was just a kilo of road salt. I took three bites and immediately felt my cells undergo osmosis. I didn’t order a meal; I ordered a localized drought. I’ve had less salt at a beach in the Dead Sea. If you value your blood pressure or the general moisture content of your body, bring a gallon of water—or better yet, just go somewhere else.

We arrived on time to pick up our takeout order, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The employee working the pickup window barely acknowledged us, only asking for the name on the order. When handing over the food, it was done carelessly—essentially tossed to my significant other with no courtesy or professionalism.
Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off experience. Customer service at this location is consistently poor, which is frustrating given how simple the interaction should be. I expect at least basic respect and attentiveness when picking up an order, and this store repeatedly falls short.

Been enjoying Chipotle for years, but recently their customer service is all AI and it goes in circles not actually providing any solutions. I came home with my order and in my container was 2 tortillas. It was missing EVERYTHING ELSE. I had also ordered a quesadilla and they forgot all the sides. The AI assistant on the app offered a free drink, nowhere near the value of what I was missing, and didn’t offer to refund. If you call their phone number it’s all AI and goes in circles, no option to talk to the store. I drove back to the store and they offered to remake the food but by then we had already found something else to eat at home. The manager mentioned we could get a refund by calling an automated number, we all know how that will go, just more circles. Deleted my Chipotle app and don’t need that food in my diet anyways.

Do not go here. All the food looked old and dried out – most of the food containers were empty with dried old food bits spilled everywhere. I asked if they had fresh white rice (since they were scraping dried rice scraps out the bottom of the rice container) and they said no despite having fresh rice at the other (window) station and using it for the person behind me. Nothing looked like it had been prepared anytime soon (I went at 2pm). The queso was thick, grainy and gelatin like – it looked like it would instantly make you feel sick if you ate it. There are far better places to spend your money.

After a long hard day at work, went to this location 45 mins before it says they closed. Arrived at 915, says they close at 10. I wanted a bowl to go, the white rice I got was cold. They claim to be out of chicken al pastor, corn, chips etc. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

Awesome experience. Super friendly staff. They were efficient yet friendly. They were out of Mr. Pibb but I can let that slide because the staff was so nice. One of the best fast food establishments in Leland. My two sons and I got burritos and my wife got a bowl. Everything was great.

We ordered hard shell tacos with beef. The tacos were terrible. First the meat was like little chunks of dog food, dry and Cubed. There was little flavor to the whole meal. I would not go back.
