I keep trying to eat from the location in Porters Neck and am disappointed almost every time. The employees are very clearly instructed to give tiny portions of meat and Guacamole. I’m not a big eater so I’m honestly not even expecting that much but this place is ridiculous. My burrito tonight had so little meat that I had the majority of my bites without it. The guacamole is scooped back out of the cup to remove the well over the top quarter of the cup, almost half. This isn’t a one time issue, it is every time I come to this location.
Tonight was worse the normal, even at peak time with a long line of people, both rices and the pinto beans were disgustingly dry.
I’ve attempted to give private feedback before posting publicly, but no one seems to care. I’ll just eat at the Wilmington location instead from now on.

Placed a mobile order at this location and I did not receive it. Showed up at my pickup time and was told the order was not started and they needed about 20 minutes. It was fine because I had to go to Chick-fil-a to get my kid’s dinner anyway. I came back after the 20 minutes and was told they still weren’t able to get to it and that they couldn’t fulfill it.
If they knew they were too busy, why waste more of my time and tell me to come back. I could’ve just gotten something from Chick-fil-a if I had know. Turned a short dinner pickup trip into an hour + long ordeal.
I understand that they were busy inside, but why can’t a mobile order get worked in? My order had a place it line when I placed it. If they’re too busy to do mobile pickup orders then should should not offer it.

3 of us waited in line for about 10 minutes while 5 employees walked around acting busy. No one spoke to us. I finally spoke to a young lady and she said she was checking employees in. That’s why they were not helping us. Who is more important? The customer or the employees???

Popped in yesterday for a late lunch before heading back to Charleston, this is easily the cleanest Chipotle I’ve been in the last few years. Staff was wonderful, food was great, I truly wish the locations in the Charleston area were half this good.

Just came home from picking up an order in store. Half my order was missing because the kid that was too busy talking to his gf didn’t grab all of my stuff. Frustrating you can’t even call a store to get it rectified but it forwards to someone that doesn’t coherently speak. Never again

Do you love large chunks of onions? What about jalapeño’s? Uneven slices? Dices? If so, definitely go to this location. And if you love quesadillas, definitely go anywhere else, because quesadillas at this location frequently seem to be unavailable.
—Is this like the McDonald’s ice cream machine being “broken”? Or “cleaned”? Where they just turn it off and don’t want to make quesadillas? Or, hey, I’m reasonable & understanding…I’ve absolutely been understaffed where I work—many times. If it’s a staffing issue, maybe leadership should listen to the employees. All 3 chipotle locations in Wilmington I’ve been to over the years always seem to be struggling, there’s a common denominator somewhere, and someone should be paying attention.

Giving 2 stars because i’m disappointed in the amount of Protein they give you if you go inside and order they give you more as if you DoorDashed…. Got a bowl yesterday with DoorDash pickup ordered Carne, Asada and half chicken I got three pieces of meat and two pieces of chicken in my whole bowl…. Do better I only come to this one because it’s cleaner Than the one by the mall and Mayfair….

Such a great experience at this Chipotle. Came in to grab lunch for me and my husband 7/19.
The restaurant was super clean, service was great and the food tasted so good.
I feel like Chipotle has been hit or miss the last few years but this experience was definitely a hit.
