This location is by far the worst one you can mobile order through. They always skimp out on their portions. This is my “double chicken” order that costs extra which has happened multiple times. I recommend making the drive to skibo instead of going here.

One of the worst Chipotle spots I’ve been too. Its a shame , its in a great location and its clean but the staff and quantity of food for the price ain’t it. I’ve been here twice and both times the staff just didn’t seem like care . And look at this picture of my steak bowl . I literally got like a few pieces of meat .

This place is terrible. The very first time I went it was dirty. The people and the actual place. Food on the floor etc. food all over the counter. Today I was like maybe it was a fluke. I come in to order, and they have the tiniest bowl made. I asked why is my bowl so small. They said that’s the way it is. I will never we go to this chipotle again. I walked out with my shitty order never to be seen again.

Ordered a burrito bowl and burrito tonight through Uber Eats. Burrito bowl with extra chicken that I paid for had like a half of a scoop. Ordered a burrito with white rice, received brown rice. Contacted Uber but I couldn’t write this in the app. Paying extra for this lack of effort is unacceptable. Turns out, I’m not the only poor review for this location. Not sure what’s going on at this location I’ve never had a problem with a Chipotle until tonight.

Unfortunately this branch is run by someone who has no customer service skills. My family absolutely loves Chipotle! We love the ingredients, the culture and the experience. I’ve been a number one consumer for 10 years and I work for the largest PNC insurance company in the world. We also have many events catered by this company. We’ve spent a lot of $ with this company but we will no longer continue to do so. I took my family here and we were missing multiple food items along with stale tortilla chips. I went back through the drive thru and was told it was too late and just to call corporate. Keep in mind it was 845pm and they don’t close until 10. The corporate office was great when I expressed my concerns but when a family is hungry and we want food now. Whoever the manager is she was absolutely nasty and not in line with the Chipotle I know. I spoke with the manager and she told me I don’t get paid enough to care.
Coming from a 3billion dollar company I don’t care either. If you want to hire trash I will not support you anymore.

Ordered online, food was 5 minutes early, but out of three bowls, not a single one was correct; the bowls were completely wrong. Upon driving back, and requesting it to be remade, I was met with a sigh from the manager, and no apology, as well as no refund. This would NEVER happen at the Fort Bragg Chipotle, which I frequent. I will accept responsibility for not personally inspecting each bowl for accuracy, but, quite frankly, that should not be necessary for such a popular and trusted establishment.

The portions were also inconsistent (& barely half the bowl was filled) compared to other chipotles in the area. I’m very disappointed I have came to this location cause it’s literally 4 mins from my house. However they seem to always run out of something!! I always get the steak bowl with literally 3 pieces of steak my daughter got like 4 pieces of chicken but we are paying full price. I was so excited to have a chipotle close however atp I rather drive elsewhere. The younger crew that’s mainly there after school are rude .. yea this will be my last time coming to this location I will go back to Reaford Rd where I get what I pay for as well as great and polite customer service.
