This is first and last time I will be visiting this location. The line was super long, it took me 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. My biggest complaint was the sanitation of the restaurant. All the trash cans were overflowing and there was trash on the ground. There were barely any of the fresh drinks left and there was trash all over the drink counter. After I got my food I had to ask for napkins and a drink lid because there weren’t any. They were not happy when I asked for a drink lid. The employee huffed and didn’t say a word to me. I wanted to eat inside but there weren’t any clean tables either. I’m talking about visible streaks on each one. Actually ordering my food was a fine experience. Not surprising they were very low on almost all the ingredients. I was given the brown guac at the bottom of the bowl. My bowl was alright, the portion was good but not the best one I’ve ever had. I hope this location can hire more staff to ensure a better experience in the future. Until then I will stick to the Waverly location.

Our new favorite Chipotle! This is the best Chipotle in town, hands down. They were incredibly nice, even offering a sample when we unsure of what to get. Their rice is superior to any other—soft and flavorful, not crunchy and dry. Can’t sing enough praise for this restaurant, both the taste and how it’s run.

I’ve visited this Chipotle location a few times, and it’s been a good experience overall. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate. On my most recent visit, the line was a bit backed up at first, but they quickly got it moving—so no complaints there.
The food is usually fresh and tasty, just what you’d expect from Chipotle. Only minor issue was that the ice machine wasn’t refilled, but I’m guessing that was just due to how busy it was at the time.
All in all, good service and consistently solid food—I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Typical decent Chipotle. The tables were mostly dirty and the young staff didn’t seem to care. An older man came in when we were leaving to clean and it just seemed like the younger employees didn’t care even though it was not busy at all.

Sometimes its good but most of the time its bad. Ive noticed the male manager with the hair in the bandana, whenever he is in the building the restaurant is so dirty. Trash overflowing, food line is disgusting, and never a clean table, now when the ladies are working its always clean. But we’ve come to know who’s there just by walking in and seeing the state of rhe restaurant. Today we turned around and walked out.

I have been going to this chipotle location for a while now and I’ve never had a problem with it. Earlier today, I made an online order to pickup. I pick it up and go home and there was hardly anything in my burrito bowl. I ordered a burrito bowl and chips for $14 and this is the portion I get? Do better!

Love me a Chipotle. Solid chicken burrito. The music was a little weird, and for that I had to knock the vibes a couple stars, but all in all a stellar $11 lunch experience.

The worst customer experience ever. I came here with my daughter and one of the ladies putting the toppings on my food was extremely rude. She started putting toppings on our bowl without us telling her to. Once we asked what she was doing, she got upset with us. We asked for mild salsa, not knowing what it looked like. One of the toppings she put on the mistaken order was mild salsa which sent her over the edge. She kept complaining about how it was already on the food, being incredibly rude while also looking at the manager next to her making snarky comments about us. He did nothing and let her act like that. Will never be coming back!!!!!!

Visited this location for a quick dine-in with my family. Was severely disappointed with the speed of service and overall cleanliness of the establishment.
It appeared that a lot of the prepared food was running low/out and the preparers needed to shuttle back and forth to the food prep area to grab handfuls of shredded cheese, scoops of cheese, etc. Could not make a large bag of chips so we’re charged for two instead….
The team preparing online orders were busy but were able to pitch in to help the in store line.
Trash bins were over flowing, tabletops were very dirty, and restrooms needed attention.
We normally go to the Waverly location, but Stonecrest location was next to the cinema where we were heading to after eating.
