This was an extremely disappointing experience. At 3 PM, they didn’t even have basic items like spoons available. The Guacamole portion was far smaller than any other Chipotle, and when we asked about it even with comparison photos the manager dismissively said, “that’s all you get.”
We were also told they don’t provide water cups and that we had to pay for a soda cup just to drink water. The drink station was messy, the counter area was dirty.
Poor management, lack of basic supplies, and unprofessional customer service. Completely unacceptable for a Chipotle location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The white rice was extremely sticky, almost like mush, and definitely not the quality I expected. The portion given was very small, and when I politely asked for a little more, I was charged extra. The staff were also very rude, while I was trying to place my order, they were busy talking to each other and didn’t pay attention to me at all. I left really dissatisfied and I do not recommend anyone to visit the South Park location.

I visited the Chipotle at SouthPark Mall, and while it was super busy with a long line, the staff did their best to manage both the crowd and the cleanliness of the space, which was a challenge given how hectic it was. Despite the chaos, the food was delicious as always—flavorful and fresh. Great effort by the team under pressure!

Absolutely awful. Was given a measly portion of the bottom of the bin of the carne asada, when I asked for a double portion, I was told that was the double portion. $20 for this! Absolutely insane. No one should eat here, this place sucks!!!

10/10 experience!! The team working here at 7:14pm on 12/3/24 is AWESOME!! This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in NC. The customer service was beyond awesome.
I really appreciate great customer service at any establishment, but the food being delicious was the cherry on top.

They not only served me & my family, but they handled another situation going on with another customer really well.

Went to the South Park Mall location for lunch at 1:30. Only 1 person in front of me. I ordered three tacos. I was asked what protein I wanted. I answered 2 steak and 1 chicken. I was then informed they were out of steak and chicken. I turned and left.

I came in today (9/27) around 6pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The woman with twists in a ponytail was rude and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for a side of sour cream. Another employee at the register refused to give me her name when I asked, which added to the frustration. In addition, I ordered a veggie bowl with no protein, which comes with guacamole included. The portion given was very small, and when I politely asked for a little more, I was charged extra. I’ve been coming to Chipotle for over 10 years, and I’ve never once been charged extra for requesting a normal amount of guacamole on a veggie bowl. Instead of helping, I was given excuses, which felt unfair and unnecessary. I truly enjoy Chipotle and usually have great experiences, but the customer service at this location was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because guests should feel respected and treated with kindness.

Went in for a burrito and to start off the employee didn’t know how to run tortilla press and ruined the tortilla.
Then when they served about an ounce or two of meat on burrito I politely said they could keep it and walked out.

I went, and it was 40 minutes before closing and they told me they had no chicken while they were in the back making the chicken. I love chipotle and I love food. But the manager wasn’t even trying to tell the girl to say they had chicken. And they were being rude without hair nets on. I’m really mad because I wanted my chicken bowl and that’s all I can eat, I’m allergic to beef and pork. Like…. Please fix this. I want a free meal or something, I waited all day to come and get some chipotle and couldn’t even eat. I’m so disappointed in yall. Do better

I have been to the south park mall location in Charlotte several times and most of the people working there specially the cashier need training. The job is tough but they need to be nice to their guests. They seem bothered and mad at you just to give what you are asking for. Not going there anymore.
