Lines are filthy, employees don’t clean when there is down time. Just stand around and chit-chat.
Employees standing around eating chick fil a and on their phones in the prep area. No hand washing after touching their phones/before prepping food.
If this is all in plain view I wonder what happens when nobody is watching.

Place was gross. Food on floor. Hadn’t been swept in hours. Not one table was clean. Trash over flowing. 4 people there. No one in line. One chick doing scratch off lotto tickets at register. Disgusting.

The Bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels to dry you hands (appetite now lost). We ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak ($5.60 upcharge). The steak tasted like it was left over from the night before.

Literally the worst experience I ever had!! Got home and had a bug in my food. I came allll the way back to resolve the issue just for the manager Lester to still give me poor customer service. He didn’t want to give me my money back just make me a new order. He should have been doing everything in his power to make sure ANY customer was accommodated especially after having a bug in their food. I always get my lettuce on the bottom and the girl still put EVEN MORE lettuce on top. I was ok with that cause I jus took it off.. only to find a whole fly in my guacamole ♀️ The place is disgusting and the customer service is even worse.

This place is absolutely ridiculous.I ordered 2 – 3 packs of tacos which would equal 6 tacos? They sent me 2 and the 2 they sent me didn’t even have half of what I ordered on it. In what world would an order that cost over forty dollars only include two tacos. Then you can’t even call the store.Because they have an automated system, so they know it doesn’t matter if they mess your order up. No fajita veggies on my, two tacos that I did get. I will never spend another dime at this place.

Five employees on duty. Every table in empty dining room was dirty with food scraps. While in line I offered to clean them if they would give me a rag with cleaning material. My help was declined. Still no one came to clean the tables. We cleaned our own table. It makes me wonder about the food cleanliness.

***Update*** since this, they’ve contacted me and have given us two free entrées. My daughter and I ate there today and it was 100% better! Customer service was great, all ladies working today, last time was all men. So, im changing my review stars from 1 star to a 4.
I was so excited to go to Chipotle, as my fiance has never eaten there before, he was not impressed at all. Ordered two chicken and queso bowls tonight, the rice was nowhere close to being done, theres enough sour cream to make it soupy. It was all cold by the time we got home, literally a 6 miniute drive home. For $31.03 for two bowls, you’d think we would have halfway decent food). None of the staff smiled or really greeted you…just what can I get you….not a happy friendly way. The guy in the middle was the most friendly, he smiled once or twice.

I’ve been going here since this place opened and I’ve always been happy with the food quality. Only a couple of times have I had a complaint. But this time I was so disappointed. The food was not good at all. I got a chicken bean and rice bowl. When I first came in the guy who recognized me said I’ll be with you in a moment and then he said just to let you know we don’t have any more brown rice we are out. It was 6:30 at night so unless they ran out from the truck that day they could have made more with having hours left on the shift. The food was not hot beans were runny needless to say I won’t be going back. Seems like this new crew of employees and management need fixing. Very unhappy customer

Will never go back and that’s sad for me because I used to go at least once a week but over the last few months they have gotten terrible. Ordered online and when I went in to pick up my order there were 3 employees clocking in which was understandable but the 2 that were working was standing on his phone not paying attention to me and the other just looked and went to the back. After standing there hoping someone would give me my order I finally spoke to the guy on his phone and asked for my order. Didn’t apologize which was fine, but when I checked my order outside it looked like leftovers. Half full and hardly no portions plus lettuce was rotten underneath. Contacted the online chat immediately and they just said they would do better next time . Will not ever go back, have two friends that this has happened too and they warned me about the place. Lesson learned!!

Ordered a steak bowl, and there was zero steak. $16.00 After hour drive home and called back to the store. Manager was telling me that there was nothing else he could do unless I was willing to drive back to the store. No refund or discount back to my card. Just nothing. No I’m sorry nothing. Will never return to this location. It was filthy the floors were gummy, all tables dirty. Kitchen area was not clean.
