The food just wasn’t great in my opinion, definitely could have used more lettuce. Like maybe putting lettuce in the bowl before the other things would be better. Ordered food on website and chose a pick up time. Was there at drive through exactly the time. Less than 5 minutes from my home but food was cold when I get home and eat. Little pricey. Doubt I’ll go back since it was cold.

I ordered a steak taco bowl and it was supposed to have green Tomatillo sauce, fresh tomato sauce, shredded cheese, and guacamole on top of it and when I picked it up and parked to eat. It didn’t have any of those things, but the girl at the window was super nice and got me everything I asked for right away.

I had a hankerin’ for some good ole Chipotle and drove 5 miles out of my way to get it. Unfortunately, the barbacoa portion was smaller than usual and when I asked if I could get a little more he wanted to charge me extra for it. Then I’m working my way down the counter and ask for cilantro they said they didn’t have any. After that when I was paying I asked for a bag of chips, they didn’t have that either.

This location is definitely in need of some major training . I’m really trying to figure out how they’ve lasted this long. I’ve NEVER experienced a Chipotle like Wilson location . EVERY time it’s an issue you can never get someone on the phone. Let’s be clear. They’re not that busy . If I pay for something I want it. I order DoorDash and they leave out things I paid for . Then you can never get anyone live. Just the bot ! They give you a free entree but you have to pay for something to get the “free” and now you’re giving them more money to have something delivered ! Scammers . My food better be right today or I’m not taking another half behind coupon . Run me a FULL REFUND

This particular Chipotle location is a constant hit! The food is always fresh and seasoned to perfection. The customer service is outstanding and the establishment is immaculate. It’s definitely worth the 30 minute drive I take a few times per week.
