Had a nice lettuce bug in my food today. I normally wouldn’t complain but my coworker also had the same bug in her bowl. The lettuce was gross and I am very disappointed as this has been a staple since it opened. Not sure I want to go back.

Veeeery unprofessional staff, very drity place, very rude “manager” i think?. A short black girl with glasses was yelling at employees in front of 10 customers in line. I understand the frustration of having people waiting in line but she made us all uncomfortable just because she needed some ingreients. But that is not the way you say things. Aside of that, the guy in the front of the store was telling people it was the cook’s fault saying “he is the problem” (the one wearing the hoodie. He had his pants underneath his waist and we could all see his underpants. He was pulling his pants up and serving the food… nice.. the cook was working fast and doing his job while getting yell at. There was strong language involved and we all could hear it. I had an order of six bowls and decided to drive to cary onle because all this mess. And i live right behind this chipotle. I wish the bedt for the cook the guy with the mustache because this is the WORST ENVIROMENT to “learn” and they are against him. Instead of hating thoy should help him. You are supossed to be a team.. the worst experience i have ever had in a chipottle… when this all changes i will be hopefully changing this review and eating here..

We ordered two bowls online and the portions were extremely small as the bowls were only half filled. There was barely any cheese and barely any rice. The guac was also not good and was chunky.

It made me think that the employee making my food was trying to be funny and see how little they could get away with giving me. The staff is friendly and usually does good, but some days they are extremely bad. They did not add the fajitas to my online order, serve me a small portion not even the usual and this time I asked for extra rice but no… Also, if I have three meals and they put the sticker outside of the bag, how do I know which one is whose? In terms of the location is really small, so is clearly not for people to go eat and feel comfortable doing so.

Just ordered through door dash…I asked for a quesadilla with chicken and steak, only steak inside. Gave me my sides in small cups and little to no vinaigrette…my total was $23.25. Definitely not worth the money. If there was an issue as far as packaging, you could’ve given me what I paid for. Waste of time and money.

The portion of the burrito bowl was so small, there were hardly 4 pieces of lettuce and lot of onions they filled the bowl. The rice was not cooked, not going back to this location ever again!!

I went to Chipotle on Ellis Road just after 3 pm on a Friday. A man and child were the only people in the restaurant. They were seated and eating. I approached the counter and saw no one. A young man came around a corner and politely said he would be right with me. He went to wash his hands. A young girl came around wearing gloves and walked up to serve me. The young man said he was on his way. She basically ignored him. I usually just get veggies and chicken. I got the black beans and new chicken. I asked about the grilled veggies. She said….oh we don’t have any. I didn’t get a receipt. (I thought it was in my bag) She did not tell me the amount that I recall. When I went to get utensils, there were only knives and 2 forks. I have worked in food service over 25 years and the walking dead would have been more motivated to wait on me. I was clearly an inconvenience. I would have sent an email if there had been a receipt.

When it first opened it was good, but it went downhill fast. Lettuce is not green and a bad color, staff is grumpy, I asked for vinaigrette and the lady told me not at the moment. Horrible service and gave me stomach issues. Go to the Southpoint chipotle instead for your safety and so you do not waste money and time.
